They carry sizes xs,0 to 3x and many items are available in tall or petite. Unfortunately, not being in size order, it was occasionally difficult to find my size, and when I looked for help, the staff member finished helping another patron and pretty immediately turned their back to me to tend to a pile of clothes. The store was not busy and I'm not sure if it's practice at Old Navy or not, but I was never greeted, checked on, or honestly, acknowledged in anyway. We've now been to two of the Carters locations in the north suburbs, and between the two of them I would say that the outlet mall (Cypress version) has better prices and that this place has the better customer service. But both of them were a little too expensive for us and so it's hard to give them five stars or anything close to it considering that the deals are a little out of our price range, and I would imagine out of others' price ranges too.
