I use to buy my suits from suit supply in San Diego and was referred to this location by one of the…read moresales persons at the SD location. I go here due to the suits being custom made but thats not really the case. Admittedly, i have gain weight so they usually don't have my size in store. They'll let me try on what I can and then usually tell me to order online and they'll tailor what they can. The sales persons are nice and generally say they don't have my size due to me being stocky (Euphemism for you're fat, lol). They don't mix the clothes so you order the entire suit as a whole. Meaning, if you where a 50 for the jacket, you have to get the 55 for the pants. You can't substitute to a 36/38 in pants. At least thats what this store told me. I'd say if you're smaller than that then it is a very good store. They just need to make an xl one for me, lolol. I like my suits custom so I just make an appt for Balani or Tom James. I just don't like driving through Houston traffic if you know what I mean.

Athletic, formal, semi- formal, or casual, they have a section. Not only that, but it's generally well organized and the service is A1. I've yet to try the restaurant on the second floor, but the day I do, this may end up being my Woodlands Mall, one stop shop.

Old Navy, Shenandoah, thanks to one particularly nasty clerk (M. who was wearing a cross, but not acting very Christ-like), I will NEVER darken your doorway again. I do not remember the last time a clerk was so rude to a paying customer. Silly me, I thought the clerks were there to HELP the customers, not give customers a song and dance about the effort of having to re-dress a mannequin. Sorry to have bothered you. The pregnant clerk with long hair should give an employee workshop on how to be kind and help the customers. read more

They also had a sale on shampoo and the sale was advertised as Redkin shampoo & conditioner 2 for $34 regular $50. They had the shampoo on the rack right in front of the register with a large sign in front of them, but the shampoo that by the sign was not the right size. The shampoo by the sign were the large bottles and were regularly $50/each. They had to page the manager over the salon to the front to find out what the sale was actually advertising. He said that the size of the bottles being advertised were in the back in the salon, but he did go and get them for me. I am not sure why they put that sign in front of the wrong sized bottles. I don't know if they were intentionally being deceptive or if it was an honest mistake. It was kind of annoying either way because it caused me to have to spend a long time in the checkout line, and there was alot of confusion. However I did find a good deal on 2 shirts for myself in the clearance section and my daughter found several shirts that she liked, and I did get the shampoo for a discounted price, so overall it was a good shopping trip, I just wish they had been a little more straightforward about what was actually being advertised with the shampoo/conditioner.

This enables me to check "store availability" to see if items are in stock at a particular location. I have recently realized that an item will show a sale price on the website but when checking out in the store, the sale price is not automatically given. You will only receive the sale price if you show the clerk the website. The first time I noticed this, I returned to the store and was refunded $30. The second time, I was refunded $138! I was given lots of reasons/excuses as to why but, overall, it seems like a shady way to do business. Also, last night I specifically asked if any of the items were on sale or going on sale in the next week or two and I was told no. This morning when I returned to the store, there many BOGO 50% signs which included the items I had purchases the night before. If you choose to shop here, always check online prices!

No way to talk to someone. Has to be a chat, email or text only. That wasted enough of my time that I had to take PTO time from work just to deal with it. Then they refused to refund the whole order and that I would have to go through this whole ordeal again when the rest of the order was shipped to the store.
