I haven't been to Old Navy since my tweens but seeing they carry barrel jeans in petite sizes, I decided to give them a try. I loved to see that they're carrying a few current trends, and that everything is organized (kind of). Given the various sections, men, women and children can all find finds. They carry sizes xs,0 to 3x and many items are available in tall or petite. Unfortunately, not being in size order, it was occasionally difficult to find my size, and when I looked for help, the staff member finished helping another patron and pretty immediately turned their back to me to tend to a pile of clothes. The store was not busy and I'm not sure if it's practice at Old Navy or not, but I was never greeted, checked on, or honestly, acknowledged in anyway. One of the staff was incredibly rude and impatient. The lead of the location whos fun fact was "I like soccer" was super rude to my daughter and I, made snide remarks to us and the other staff members who were just trying to help. I feel bad for those who have to work with her. There was also clothing on the floor and a general sense of disorganization. read more

It's a nice store, clean with nice employees. But, there was only 1 person working a register while 3 more people including me was waiting in line for what felt like 10 minutes while another woman was stocking stuff. I guess someone finally buzzed her to help out at the register. By the baby department yall need to move that big ladder I couldn't even get through with my stroller I had to push it through hard. read more

You will find Old Navy in the Portofino Shopping Center (between the exits for Research Forest and 242). The feeder road by highway 45 is ruthless, so this area is a bit of a pain to get in and out of-- even with several entrances. If you come and go for the back way; however, it is much smoother. Coming down Research Forest, you will see the road turns into Tamina across 45; Tamina then intersects with David Memorial Drive; that runs along the back of the shopping center. It's like magic! No longer do you have to get stuck in the terrible construction area that is known by "Highway 242." If you opt into receiving emails for Old Navy, you will constantly be informed of the wonderful 75%, 50%, and buy-one-get-one sales that are happening RIGHT NOW! Love the pixie pants for work, Love the cardigans for work, Love the shoes for work, Love the sweaters for work, Love love love the SALES! Though, even with all these amazing sales, I have never seen more than two cashiers working at the same time... I need more than one hand to count how many lunch breaks have ran past the allotted time since I have started working near the Portofino. read more

Ok clothes and accessories for good prices... as long as you can get them on sale. Old Navy has lots of on trend clothing. They have frequent sales which is really the only time you should buy. I think their clothes are marked up just so they can sell them for half off later. The store is always clean and well staffed. Lots of lighting and mirrors. A great selection of small inexpensive gift or stocking stuffers. Think socks, make up kits, face masks, lotions and body sprays. The sell men's, women's and kids clothes, shoes, activewear and bathing suits. read more

Just shop online. The people at this store are pretty rude. After waiting forever in line I couldn't get my coupon to load fast enough and the guy asked me to leave the register and that I could wait in line again after I pulled it up. Yeah, no. read more

I have never been so pressured to apply for a credit card. If they accepted "no" when originally stated it would be fine. Instead, they shamed, pushed, etc. They must have asked me and my family 5+ times, insisting it would save us money. We had a large purchase and you could tell they must earn commission from sign ups. Still, it is not okay to pressure people that hard about it. We don't shop there enough for it to be worth it, maybe once per year to get winter clothes. People who are responsible with money don't get hard inquiries on their credit and take a loan to save $300. We just purchased a car and just didn't need an Old Navy credit card. You could tell they were resentful - just because we wouldn't take a loan out so they could earn commission? It was absolutely ridiculous. I have gone to this Old Navy to buy winter clothes almost every year. We will not be returning, the store in general needs to train employees better and stop pressuring staff to harrass customers for credit loans. Just because we make a large purchase does not mean we have to get a credit card to save a few hundred dollars. Makes no sense and is absolutely ridiculous that we were treated that way. After 5+ "no" responses the cashier literally laughed and made fun because our purchase was so much and we didn't want to "save money". Again, never going back. If you don't want to be pressured HEAVILY for credit card applications, don't go to this store. read more

Store in midst of remodeling (7/22/16) - seems like a relatively limited assortment of merchandise is available on the sales floor. Watch out for the guy carrying the 8 foot steel brackets. He almost nailed me with the ends of the steel brackets as he turned the corner. Store is messy right now. Maybe we will come back in a few months. read more

I love this place. Every single employee I've met has been incredibly friendly. Sure it gets busy on the weekends and holidays but I went today on a busy Easter Saturday and they set up extra improv checkouts to ease the line. I got everything I needed (and a bit more) and breezed through the busy checkout line. Honestly I do most of my shopping online but I'd keep coming back to this store over and over. read more

WORST customer service experience EVER. I got there at 640, and thought they closed at 8. Not one single employee gave me a warning that they closed at 7. I shopped 10 minutes past 7, and even asked employees for help on where to find things AND STILL no one notified me. I proceeded to the fitting room to try on clothes (as I am pregnant and have outgrown all my current clothes) and they tell me I can't try on. I ask for the manager and suggest that they give a 10 min warning either overhead page or have their employees give the customers a friendly reminder to head to check out or fitting rooms to wrap up their shopping experience. She...and I quote said "we turn the music off to let people know the store is closed...you'll need to take up your suggestion with corporate" Are you kidding me!? So, I drove 20 min away, spent 30 min shopping to essentially leave everything I had picked out at the counter and left empty handed to drive 20 min back home for NOTHING. Oh, and then proceeded to tell me after it was all said and done "to have a good day." read more

This will be my last time coming to this store. I went to register with my merchandise, which came up to over $60. I had a $15 off $50 coupon but couldn't use it because I had a clearance item and sunglasses, so the young lady said I'll suspend your sale and you can come back. After looking around some more I found something. When I went to the register the young lady was on break but told the cashier it was behind her register. This cashier told me since she was on break I had to get back in line and wait. No!! That is very poor customer service!! All she had to do was re-ring the sale. Obviously if I'm on the mailing list I patronize the store. Guess they don't care, so neither do I. Put the bag on a display and left everything including a $9 pair of jeans. read more

Staff is super nice. It's a shame customers leave tables and racks such a mess. However it's a nice store with friendly associates.

I order online around may 15th they sent the pkg on5/23 without the number of the st so they returned back .I called they told me they would reship it they sat on it for a week in the warehouse instead of just sending out a new order .I talked to 3 pp the 2nd to last told me as soon as they new they would call me or email no response .I was told 2 day shiping they gave me a tracking# that was invalid . Friday I got someone on the phone Friday I they did was lie they didn't where the pkg. was she was making excuses then after over a month shell tells me they can make on new order but they where out of 2 shirts I order 10 why didn't they do this at the beginning needless to say I asked them credit my account .I have done retail ordering &shiping this was absolute worst costumer service ever.I will never order from OLD NAVY!! read more
