To start off the salon is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing compared to your typical salon anywhere else. The staff that greeted us were very friendly and we immediately told them we wanted French tip pedicures- what we booked for. A couple moments after we sat that's when the technician Mimi- ( at least that's what her cart said) with bright red hair proceeded to tell us that we would have to pick out a back up color because they couldn't do French tips in an hour, she made it seem as if we had a choice but we really didn't as we had to settle with just one gel color. I was pretty dead set on getting a French tip as that's all I ever get on my feet and I do not like to settle- especially if I'm paying anywhere from 70-80 dollars, however my technician literally huffed and puffed in front of our faces and said "I'll try my best I guess" and that's when I decided to not continue the service. I understand there was a time constraint to accommodate French tips as they were supposedly booked back to back however it was the one technicians attitude that was extremely off putting. It was a girls day and it left a sour taste in all of our mouths and made the experience awkward. The other staff were very apologetic. It was a bad first impression and it's really all about what you say and most importantly how you say it. It is unfortunate as it is a beautiful spot and you do get a complimentary drink, I ended up going to another salon right after and getting a French tip set done less than an hour. read more

Very cute nail salon but you are paying for the decor and location. I had a pedicure and it was $60 for pretty much the only other option than a polish change. They didn't really work on heals like i requested and i asked if they could fix the smeared polish and she said "that will eventually come off with time"??? Once we showed up to our appointments, we were a little bit early and immediately welcomed in! They walked my daughter over to a play area for kids and gave us welcome towels! The ambience is so cute and clean! Me, my sister and my three-year-old daughter all got a pedicure and the water was hot, the staff all treated my daughter like a queen even when she asked a million questions like most toddlers do lol they also were able to accommodate my daughter to get a last-minute manicure because she was having so much fun! My pedicure was relaxing and very comfortable! This was a 35 minute drive for us and we will happily make it again because of the experience! I called this place yesterday during my lunch to schedule an appointment first time for me and my daughter over the phone. I spoke to the receptionist. She called me back when I was at work and she booked my appointment and asked me to provide card information just to place the appointment time on hold and I was not gonna get charged. She didn't explain that there was a cancellation fee This morning i'm not able to make it due to my babysitter not able to watch my infant while I get the service done so I call before they even open and leave a voicemail then being family owned I would hope they understood. I work full-time and I am a single mom of two I needed to cancel this. I don't know when I'm available next and she wants to charge me a fee of $50 that I was not told of I transferred to the general manager Kim she was very rude. She tried having a smart mouth. I feel like they should record their calls and train the receptionist correct and work on their customer service. No wonder they have very bad reviews along with their work. When we first arrived we were greeted With hand towels and the girls got Purple sparkly water. Staff was very nice and friendly. For such a beautiful building the inside It's deceiving. The staff stated that they could play behind the stairs where there was a play area. Granddaughter's found a big dead roach which I picked it up with no problem and made reception lady aware. the grandchildren came running to me saying that there are spiders and dead bugs. You can tell this area has not been well cleaned along with other things in the shop behind the pedicure chairs and in between the chairs where they do nails. I feel it's a little pricey for kids. I wanted to add just to see how much just the paint nails only. I would have to buy a service which is $40 that equals to almost $80 for toes and nails. That's too high for a four-year-old, especially with no scrubbing etc.. Like I said, everything was great. Except the beautiful building inside needs to have a deep deep cleaning. read more

This was my first time visiting this nail salon. And upon approaching the salon I was blown away at how cute the outside looked. Then I walked in. And it looked like a Princess was living there. I LOVED everything. The details were amazing. If they ask if you want a beverage, say yes. They give you drinks with edible glitter in it. Maria was so nice and did a wonderful job on my nails. I received a gel manicure that included a hand scrub, hand mask, and a hand massage. I loved how she focused on my cuticles. She really cared about my nails and wanted help me keep them healthy and strong after a bad experience of a previous nail tech removing a layer of my nail with a nail drill. I will be getting the nail treatment on my next visit. Maria also did great with the color and it turned out was better than I expected.
