I had a great experience yesterday. I'm a new mom and overdue for the nail salon. I had acrylic done on my toes with gel polish, and a gel manicure. Linda is absolutely amazing. Wow. Best pedicure I've had. The lady who did my manicure was fantastic, she has blond hair and pretty nails. I'm sorry I forgot her name. But they're both fantastic. Thank you again! :) read more

Shoutout to the best nail tech :) Lhen. So I'm new in town ( I've lived here for a year, does that still counts as new? ) I walked in and it wasn't that busy, so they took me in for mani and pedi. They have nice machines and chairs. Idk but they looked new and upgraded. Comfy seats! ( I've been here before once but that was sooo long ago - I couldn't remember how they looked before ) The guy who did my toes did a pretty good job. Also with the foot massage! Much needed after a long day at work yesterday. I appreciate he took the time in making sure every corner of my toenails are clean and good cut. And he made my toenails looks all lavender perfect. And Lhen who did my manicure yasss I asked for a recommendation and the color bubble pink was exquisite. It looks natural and looks good on my skin tone. She also took the time to make the shapes perfect!! And as for the other workers they are nice and very attentive. They make sure they clean everything after each use. So I've been to this place a few times and it's never too many people in here and I live right behind it. But yesterday I went in to get two services. The two ladies and the gentleman was busy, so they asked me to come back, ok I did. Upon me returning the guy ask me what color did I want? I picked he then proceeded to go outside to smoke , upon coming back in he never washed his hands , he smelled of cigarettes etc. I still was trying to be a sport , I asked him to soak off my gel with the cotton and foil and he tells me, I'm getting the bowl. I said I don't want the bowl so he comes over grabs the drill and proceeds to drill off my gel , I snatched my finger back and told him that I'm trying to keep my nails healthy, etc. and he then gets up and say let someone else deal with you! He left out the back, I asked Linda who has serviced me before and I'm never a problem, where did he go and she tells me to pick up his next appointment, I said what? Are you serious? Why did y'all have me come back? She said he thought it would be quick! I'm paying him and you that impatient to service , that is unacceptable! Good thing is I went down to Warm Springs nails and had one of the best experiences! So thank you read more

Man come on! This place is falling down on my list of nail places. It's getting old and they are not keeping up. The nail polish selection is far too few and all the nail polishes you have to choose from look used and old. The interior could use some fresh paint and plan to wait an hour. It took 2 hours for a fill! A fill with no broken nails. That is ridiculous. The lady doing my nails was so slow. I paid $45 which I feel for the work and time I had to sit there was over priced. My nails should have been $35 tops. I got all white nails & the polish is not smooth, there are lumps and dips in the polish on my hands. I will mention they did offer me a bottle of water. Not while I was being serviced but after I had sat there for 2 hours and was now done. I literally live next door & will not be coming back. read more

This is hands down the best shop in Vegas! The staff is really nice, easy to talk to and they ALL know what they're doing. My nail tech's name is Lyn, she keeps her appointments on time and whenever I'm running late I just give her a heads up and she accommodates (within reason, of course). What I asked for is not what I got. The place looked very clean but noticed that none of the tools used during my manicure we clean/fre. The clippers they use on your cuticles already had skin on them before he even used them on me. All of my nails are uneven and not shaped the same. Update- It's been one week and my nails are chipping and the entire polish is coming off. I paid $35 for this! What a waste of money!! I've never had a gel manicure chip or come off. I usually have to have the polish removed by a salon after two weeks, and only cause my nails have grown so much! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!! read more

Worse experience ever! Went for pedicure and nails and it was the worst job ever. They charged me $150 for a lazy crappy job. Besides the fact that the price wasn't supposed to be anywhere near this. Feet were just as rough when I left and nails were wavy and bumpy. I couldn't take the pain in my nails after a week so I soaked them and this picture is why they hurt so bad. NEVER go here!!!! read more

I went in and explained what I wanted done. At first, I felt her trimming my eyebrows with scissors. I noticed she was trimming the top because my eyebrow hairs do grow upward a little, and I'm used to that being done at other threading places. But then I started feeling her trim the bottom of my eyebrows, and I could hear her clipping on my left eyebrow specifically. After that, she stopped and didn't really trim the other brow. The bottom of my eyebrows usually never gets trimmed, so this already felt unusual to me. She then started threading, and I did feel like she was taking off more hair than usual. Mind you, my eyebrows were not overgrown at all because I had already gotten them threaded somewhere else about 3-4 weeks ago. They still had a nice shape, so realistically this appointment should have just been a cleanup. Once she finished and brushed my eyebrows down a bit, they honestly looked okay at first glance when she showed me. However, today when I went to put gel in my eyebrows and lightly shape them the way I normally do, I immediately noticed blunt cuts. I tried styling them, but the hair on the bottom is now too short because too much was cut off. It honestly looks like I'm missing hair in certain spots because of how much was trimmed. I also noticed some micro bleeding/red spots around my neck and chin area after the facial threading. I'm not sure if that is considered normal, but it is something I experienced after the service. I uploaded pictures -- the first one shows how my eyebrows looked before, and the other pictures show how they look now. I'm leaving two stars because my other eyebrow does look good and they are even. If she hadn't trimmed the bottom, I honestly feel like they would have turned out really nice. At this point there's not much I can do besides wait for them to grow back. I also have a wedding to attend this weekend, so hopefully an eyebrow pencil does the trick. Needless to say, I'm disappointed because I chose this place based on all the great reviews I had seen.

Check-in was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. My technician was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently while still making sure I was at ease throughout the appointment. The service itself was much smoother and less intimidating than I expected. There were just a couple of small spots that were missed, but nothing major. Everything else about the experience--from the atmosphere to the customer service--really stood out in a positive way. Overall, I'd definitely come back and would recommend Hello Sugar to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and professional waxing experience

I started going to V Esthetics about 5 years ago (maybe even longer…read morethan that) just to try out a Brazilian ( i was new to that world, and I was jumping in between different places and nothing I found worth sticking with). That was until I met Veronica, owner and esthetician. I immediately never needed to look anywhere else! She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and didnt feel like I was just a number and wanted to get me in and out. What started out as just a simple Brazilian, has turned into my lifelong esthetics professional! I have gotten everything waxed by her at this point, as well as facials, microneedling, and all things skincare. She is a must to include in your esthetics journey, I promise you won't regret it!
