The place is not that large and it was wild. My granddaughter is 3 1/2 and could barely maneuver around. She had toys taken out of her hand by the older, larger kiddos and you couldn't hear a thing it was so loud. I did talk to a worker from the museum and asked if there's a place to find a schedule and she kind of brushed me off. I gave 3 stars because if you go on a "normal" day it's great for younger kids.

We arrived on a Monday morning, left for lunch, and returned for more play until the museum closed at 4PM. The museum is technically two stories, although the first floor mainly consists of the admissions desk, a small gift shop, and a water play station. Waterproof smocks or covers would have been nice since my son's shirt did get quite wet. There were boats, fishing rods, and cascading channels of water for various kinds of water play. This was a hit with both of my toddlers. The second floor had much more activities. From large and small foam blocks, Magnatiles, a scarf suction pipe/chute, books, light tables, brite light pegs, and a mini spiral climbing structure, to a dentist's office, pizza and salad restaurant, fire truck, tree house, farmers market, farm, toilet to teach plumbing, aluminum recycling, color wheel, and much more, there was a lot for kids of all ages to explore. There was also a small sectioned-off area for 0-2 infants and pre-walkers. The space hosts birthday parties as well as STEM classes. The staff were lovely. We were given a stamp in our hands before we took a break for lunch so that we could re-enter for free that same day. The only complaint I have is that there was less in the way of offering arts and crafts or even free-form drawing. We did not see any parking lot, but took advantage of free 2-hour street parking. This is definitely a great spot for families with young kids in Oswego.

Wow! Who doesn't love a good tree-house? Now I don't know about you but when I think of a…read moretree-house I think of a simple wooden structure including a floor, some walls and maybe a ceiling in a tree with a simple ladder leading up to it. Well if that's what you are picturing then walking up to this place will feel like stepping into a dream. The tree house itself is incredible full of pure imagination and uniqueness. From a real old car, to a princess castle to a wizard's den, to a real single person airplane that used to fly in the sky this tree house has something for everyone. The people that imagined and made this thing are incredible. They are happy to share their story, their plans, and their backyard with everyone. It is definitely worth it to spend some time checking out their tree house and hearing their story. The tree house is built in their backyard so visit their facebook page to see the dates and times that they are inviting people to come. They are quick to message you back via facebook as well. Decent indoor playground in Henrietta near RIT…read more Located in a warehouse-like building with tall ceilings, it's got a large pirate ship themed play structure in the middle. It also has a large bounce house, a small bicycle course, a foam block area, a sensory bin gem section and a pretty impressive water play area. I think the water play area was the most impressive part of the indoor playground. It was also nice to have a cafe in the middle with plentiful seating and a decent selection of kids snacks and foods (pizza, grilled cheese, sandwiches). Pricing I think was comparable to other indoor playgrounds, except they made me buy socks which was a bit annoying (I guess you can bring your own, but my girls were wearing sandals). It was about ~ $45 dollars for 2 kids, but unlimited time and I believe you can exit and come back later (which is another plus). Overall a good option on a rainy or snowy day to let the kids blow off some steam. My girls weren't THAT into the water play section, so I would probably be better off just going to the Strong Museum where we have an annual pass and has more activities.
