Recently we went back to select sconces for our bedroom. The items we ordered were not in stock and delivery was delayed four months after purchase. The sconces were not as we envisioned. When we returned them, within one week of receipt, we were told the 60 day return policy starts on the day they were purchased not the day they were received. Although not listed anywhere on the paperwork or order we were told it does appear on the website. Crazy policy, as how is it possible to determine if the item is acceptable prior to receiving it. Tracy has always been available to meet with me, speak by phone or by email to discuss many of my choices and concerns. She has gone above and beyond to help me achieve the "look" and quality I want. At one point after placing my order Tracy discovered a product I loved had been discontinued and she searched high and low to help me find it! What wonderful customer service! This was clearly not a supply chain issue. Therefore, I contacted Dreamline directly, and I discovered that the order had never been placed by Ferguson. It was only with the direct intervention and follow up from the manufacturer that I finally received the shower doors. Dreamline was fanastic to do business with, and their product is great too. However, I will never do business with Ferguson again.
