I didn't keep the receipt as I've purchased many pieces of luggage and never had a problem. The manager was extremely rude and would not give me a refund or credit. Very rude. I have brought items back before without a receipt and received a credit. I have spend hundreds of dollars there over the years and will never ever set foot in that store again. That is no way to treat a loyal customer. I now spent $90 for a suitcase that has fallen apart after one use.

Some older woman trudged over and once the word clearance was mentioned she threw her hands up and angrily said she had nothing to do with what's out on clearance and whatever is there is whatever it is, walking away immediately. Had to then ask them to remove all the full priced candy, which they were shocked by somehow. The staff is definitely ruining the reputation of this store.

The pharmacists are always helpful and the owner is especially friendly and willing to help out. They have the basics covered without the variety found at the big chain down the block but again, small businesses like this are the lifeblood of small towns and I do continue to get prescriptions filled here.

I had my service dog with me and he freaked out screaming at me that the dog was not allowed in. He wouldn't even listen to me. Took my money though! Rushed me through paying yelling the whole time. My hands were shaking. I came home and seriously almost went back to confront him! I'm a local customer! This is in a small town, not an off some traveled highway! I will never go in there in again unless it is to talk to the manager about the night person's behavior. I was so upset he was so rude yelling and yelling. There was only one other person in the store but still, I was so upset and embarrassed. He ruined a perfectly good evening for me and my dog who was just quietly doing his job. He should not treat anyone like this! I'm a customer and your neighbor for 8 years now! I will never go here ever again...
