Con's: My masseuse was unpleased with my $5 tip and quickly pointed to the number 10 then waited for me to pay with my card to see if I gave her $5.00 more. I complained about it up front, they said the staff have been asked not to do that... there needs to be another talk about that for sure from management. The towels they used to cover my body were too short, my feet were uncovered part of the time. I would have preferred a sheet. Tips: If you are uncomfortable undressing, you don't have to, but instead you can wear a tank, a loose shirt or a bathing suit. I was comfortable wearing a low backed spaghetti strap and would have been more comfortable in shorts than pants. Also, pay attention to the emotional release, that was the most fabulous part! After reporting the burns, I requested a refund but was repeatedly asked for photos and told to wait until after my dermatology appointment. I understand chemical peels have risks, but I expected accountability, better communication, and compassion after being injured. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this business.

I was able to book a 6 AM appointment with Rosie and she handled the injury with expertise and care. She followed up with preventative stretches for me and gave me sound advice. Within two days, I was 90% better. By the 3rd day, there was no trace of pain in the joint and I had full use of my arm. A doctor would have given me pain pills and a sling.
