Once I got that text I realized I was triple booked that day, I called as soon as I got the text at 9:28 and Jocelyn answered the phone, she then "reminded me" that I must call 48 hours in advanced in order to not be charged a fee.... she's soooo worried about 28 minutes? That's ridiculous in my opinion. I could understand if I called 24 hours before hand and your policy is 48 hours but it makes me question if yall are really hurting that bad you need to worry about a less than 30 minute difference which makes me question if this is where I should really go. She also had a hard time staying within the perimeters I have for scheduling. I drive myself but I also have several other appointments during the week totally anywhere from 4-9 a week. So scheduling can be a little difficult but I gave her between 9 & 1 and for some reason I was still being offered options outside of that. And it's not like I said this several phone calls prior, I say it in every phone call where I set up appointments because I don't expect them to remember between calls but I don't think it's unreasonable to hope they would remember when it was said during this call. I know jen was out sick that day and that Jocelyn was doing her best to cover but jen is the best receptionist I've seen there so far in my roughly 2 years with yall. From what I can tell, an outside perspective she really goes above and beyond not just for the company but for the client too I really appreciate how things have turned around since she has showed up! Alyssa is amazing as well I've never had issues with her or dr. Andrew. I hope less than 30 minutes really doesn't make a difference and Jocelyn didn't charge me that visit, I just find it very odd that I'm almost being scolded over less than 30 minutes especially when I called as soon as I received the text from yall.

That said, I still got good upper body massage as well as the reflexology. I felt a lot of negative energy leave my body when they focused on the reflexology. THERE WERE PRO'S and CON's that I want management to know about... and the reason I gave it a 4: Pro's: skilled massage work my back and shoulders feel great, more private than regular reflexology rooms (though less privacy than massage rooms) clean, calm and satisfying especially for the $35 price! Con's: My masseuse was unpleased with my $5 tip and quickly pointed to the number 10 then waited for me to pay with my card to see if I gave her $5.00 more. I complained about it up front, they said the staff have been asked not to do that... there needs to be another talk about that for sure from management. The towels they used to cover my body were too short, my feet were uncovered part of the time. I would have preferred a sheet. Tips: If you are uncomfortable undressing, you don't have to, but instead you can wear a tank, a loose shirt or a bathing suit. I was comfortable wearing a low backed spaghetti strap and would have been more comfortable in shorts than pants. Also, pay attention to the emotional release, that was the most fabulous part! I will be back soon, so long as I get a different masseuse.

They have a water dispenser with micro cups that might hold one ounce of water and offer that to you when you are completed. There's much better out there find it.
