But the worst part was that she literally pushed so hard repeatedly on my spine! It hurt so bad I was ready to get up and leave but I hate confrontation and didn't want her to feel bad or get in trouble with her boss who was right up front. I know deep tissue is painful and will leave you sore but I get a massage every month and that was not a good massage and I'm sore/in pain up and down my spine and nowhere else. After reporting the burns, I requested a refund but was repeatedly asked for photos and told to wait until after my dermatology appointment. Even after providing my dermatologist's documentation, I did not receive a decision within the promised five business days. I understand chemical peels have risks, but I expected accountability, better communication, and compassion after being injured. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this business.

She's a true professional and I really felt the difference after my sessions. Last week, I aggravated an old shoulder injury and lost most of the use of my right arm--and I'm right-handed. I was able to book a 6 AM appointment with Rosie and she handled the injury with expertise and care. She followed up with preventative stretches for me and gave me sound advice. Within two days, I was 90% better. By the 3rd day, there was no trace of pain in the joint and I had full use of my arm. A doctor would have given me pain pills and a sling. Rosie addressed the root cause of my issue. If you're serious about augmenting your self-care with regular massage, you owe it to yourself to be treated by the best.
