Taking my review down to 1 star. Not only did the business own direct message me, but as you can see below he is attacking my honest review of my experience. To which is grossly misspelled and incoherent. I wish I had read more of the reviews other had posted, but I was in a jam. Overall in person Ryan seemed like a good and honest guy, but his work and professionalism really needs some work. Especially the guy he sent over to do the work initially. Who through a fit midway through the job and damaged my floors in the process. Truth is if Ryan had properly inspected my machine, came prepared for the job ( he forgot his diagnostic tool and came with a piece of paper only to write down the model number and error code I had already given him. ) I believe I would have a working machine and Ryan would have a positive review. However that is not the case. I even had to buy my own hose at one point. If he had even looked at the drain hose he would have seen that it had a hole in it. Ryan will expect you to inspect your own machine and report back to him accurately. Makes me wonder what we pay him to do? Save yourself the headache and find someone who has a better work ethic. read more

My name is Joseph Ostunio I am a local business litigation attorney. One Hour Applicant Pro's is neither licensed or bonded in Clark County or the State of Nevada. I called Ryan Brown and explained to him that our dishwasher was not draining. I explained multiple time to Ryan that I believed my dishwasher's drain was clogged. Ryan explained to me over the phone without diagnosing the problem that the drain pump needed to be replaced. I explained to him repeatedly that I would rather replace the dishwasher than have to do this twice. Ryan assured me that a pump replacement would fix the dishwasher and promised that he would take care of me. Ryan asked me to pay for the replacement pump up front $130 before he or his agents diagnose the problem. Ryan sent another repair man over to replace the broken pump. Repair man does not know how to replace the pump. Repair man uses google and youtube videos to instruct him on how to replace the pump. Repairman never tries to diagnose problem. Once the repair was complete the repairman left bottom panel off and a mess for us to clean up. Dishwasher did drain at first, but you could hear something obstructing the drain before the repair man even left. I notified Ryan of the noise, shady repair work and mess after the repair man left, but he assured me the dishwasher would continue to work. After using the dishwasher only 3x the new pump failed. Ryan sent over the same repairman as before to look at it. I walked downstairs and Ryan on speaker phone says "take the pump out tell him, he will have to pay for us to replace it again. Tell him these kind of things just happen." I instructed the repairman at that point to put everything back together and leave. I cannot say this enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could take action against their license I would. They show up the day of to lock you in and they don't actually diagnose or check the appliance to see what the real issue is. They DO NOT HONOR their GUARANTEE for parts and labor listed on their yelp page. I am currently out $295 and now we need a new dishwasher. See other 1 star reviews and you'll see that there is a pattern with this company and its never their fault. In Ryan's reply he claims we don't know how to rinse our plates off before putting them in the dishwasher, but he has never actually been over to our house, seen the dishwasher or see how we do dishes. We do indeed rinse our dishes. We suspected that it was actually broken glass that clogged the drain which we explained to the repairman multiple times, but he did not want to deal with it. We do not blame Ryan for breaking our dishwasher, we blame him for taking our money and not fixing it. I have asked Ryan to honor his listed guarantee for parts and labor in exchange for taking this review down. That offer remains on the table so long as he apologizes too. read more

Here's where things break down, repair guy and I are going back and forth via text and yesterday and I thought it was ok to have owner send the total remaining $445 when the work was done. (I have the text of him agreeing to $445 the day of work) Now on to the day of repair, repair guy is supposed to arrive around 1ish, he gave me a window which is fine except now he's saying he needs the either the $95 of the full remainder of $445 before he would buy the replacement part from the store. Now keep in mind folks, this was all caused by him not doing his job and advising me of the $95. But anyways, repair guy and I go back and fourth, oh and I have to explain to the owner who I have little contact with that no, he needs either the $95 or $445 remaining balance, the owner venmos repair guy the $95. Repair guy heads to the store to pick up the new part and luck would have it; the store is now closed. I'm now told that I would have to wait until Monday to have a refrigerator, which I'm not the happiest because it's the weekend so I tell him just give me refund. Repair guy gets upset with me..hmmmm, ok let me get this straight, repair guy eff's up his initial billing which causes miscommunication between the owner that I don't even know, which causes me to have to wait for my repair because he arrives after the store is closed??? I mean, he seemed confused at the store's hours which is even more cause for concern. Anyways, in the end I asked him to Venmo me the $600 back, lol.. This guy initially said he would on Monday, I said just Venmo me today the same way I Venmo him. Repair guy hung up on me. I called back and now he says he sending a check, a check which can take 7 business days or more!!?? Really, A check??? Again folks, he caused this due to incompetence in explaining all charges before he left and his inability to either tell time or know the hours of a parts store he claims to work with often. In conclusion, I guess I hate it when adults in business eff-up, I then have a reaction to their eff-up because hey, it's only my refrigerator. And they provide shit service Ok, so crazy repair guy just told me to stop fukn with his reviews when I'm only speaking truth, which I have in our texts. Truly disappointed. After several interactions, we have a large leak and this company flakes and takes my deposit of close to $300 without fixing a thing. Day 1: We have a leak. He goes over and identifies the leak and where it's coming from providing a quote for me. I say great, let's go ahead and do it. He has done other jobs and always been fast. He tells me he needs half the amount deposit for the materials. I send it. Day 2: He goes over again and then lets me know it will be more. Ok, sure, sometimes you discover more things and it needs to be done. I tell him to go ahead and do what's needed, I just have people coming so it needs to be functional for now and then walls can be done after these guests leave. I already gave my deposit so I think he has what he needs. Plus I had my daughter, so I did not answer my phone when he called. I noticed it when it was pretty late and didn't get a text (he has texted before to communicate also). Day 3: Goes again a third time, lets us know it will be more. At this point my husband lets him know we will be looking for more quotes as it's been 3 days, we already sent a deposit and the rate is getting higher. After he failed to repair our washer he stated it's a $10 fee for a check that he never told me over the phone. That's just the customer service side of the review. During his diagnosis of the washer, he was in a rush and did not know what he was doing. Just a bunch of guessing all for his to say we had an old model washer and that they don't make the parts anymore. Our washer is not that old. This was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Stay away from this one. I called him to help me install a washer and dryer, and I told him I really would like it done asap, we made an appointment an said, "alright, washer and dryer install $95". Then the - day he shows up to take a look at the job and to collect $100 for parts (which were going to be $50 and he would have a receipt) and down payment (1st sus) and then told me it was $95 per appliance and some $45 service call. WHICH WAS NOT IN THE QUOTE MADE TO ME IN YELP OR OVER THE PHONE. So I paid him $100, and scheduled another appointment. This is where I messed up, my phone got stolen and I did not wake up or contact him for the install. So we rescheduled and he shows up and first thing start asking for more money to make up for the missed appointment. Would have been lovely if he would have mentioned it via text. He mentioned how this 1st appointment of the day that was missed totally ruined the rest of his day. How?? Missed appointment, then move on to the next. Here comes the install and he does not show up with any parts mentioned. Him and partner start moving the dryer into the laundry room. I stand there and said three times that the pedestal is down stairs. When he finally hears me he says "well that would have been nice to know first" He finished and he runs a cycle and I go to pay him and he has no idea what I owe him, but he just ends up charging me the $45 service call and additional $50 for the missed appointment. Moments later the washer is shaking the whole house. Why? Because he forgot to remove the shipping bolts, and ran a cycle and now has damaged my brand new washer. Worse service ever, I got quoted one price for my dryer and garage disposal and when he got there he couldn't fix neither one. He had to send his employee the next day, the dryer was not fixable but still got charge service fee. The garbage disposal was fixed it but ended up being much more then what I was quoted. He said the part was one price but I found the receipt from home depot and it was much less. To make matter worse I was told to make the check out to the owner but I was told the wrong name, the owner harassed me for a whole week to pay him as he wasn't able to cash the check. I work late hours and told him I would trade checks on my next day off as I sleep during the day and work swing shift. We made plans to meet up and when I asked for the old check he couldn't find it and he proceeded to yell at me in the parking lot. Telling me not to ever call him again, he over charged me for parts and labor and treated very poorly. He took the new check but I wasn't able to recuperate to other check. Super nice guy with great intentions. Just couldn't get the oven fixed. I gave 3 stars because I have paid money up front and he said he would get back to me about refunding some back and we're on almost a week and nothing. The parts were non refundable and I get that, but also paying for hours of labor without anything resolved. $500 later I'm now buying a new oven and owner of two parts to an oven that I will never use. He said we can work out a deal if I buy a new oven and need it installed, but just don't want to invest any more money into this company.
