So, I'm not usually the one to leave reviews BUT my experience at One More Time was awesome! After I dropped off my mom's watch for a battery, I couldn't help but look at the (many) watches in the store. I had been searching for a present for my boyfriend's birthday for months so I asked the owner if he could show me a few in the store. He was very helpful and took the time out to explain the differences between several of the brands in the store. Outstanding customer service. Quick story, my wife bought me a watch that was on clearance at the store. She was told it would be non refundable. I really didn't like the watch. Took it in and explained the situation not at all expecting anything to be done. Pashmal took the watch back and exchanged it for a different one and just charged me the difference in price. Bought in a very nice watch for battery replacement. The battery only lasted three months. They do have a gaurentee on their work, but since it was a Cartier, I decided to take it to a high end jeweler. It turns out the problem was that the watch needed an overhaul. It's about 15 years old, so I'm sure they were being truthful. I don't blame One More Time for not finding that, because I needed to come back and pick up the watch in about 15 minutes. Yay! I got my husbands watch fixed within minutes. I wasn't sure what was wrong with it but Pejman reset it at no cost.

Called in and asked if they had a watch in stock, they said they did, but it actually wasn't, that sucked, but checked out one almost identical except chronograph, loved it, bought it at a great price walked out very happy. Returning customer probably my 4-5th time back. My GF and I brought in our two watches to be sized, $12 each for a total of $24. Everything fit perfect and was very satisfied. Put the watch back in the box and took it out a week later to wear and noticed two pins from the band to the body missing. Long story short I went it to see if they had the pins and the owner told me they do not remove the pins on the band to the body of the watch only on the links. After going back and forth and going no where, I said OK how much are the screws. He said they were $30 but would only charge me $20 LOL! After charging me $24 to size two watches that probably took 10-15 mins each. This is a Nixon 51-30 Chrono gold stainless steel watch. I called Nixon and they will comp me the pins and only charge me $7 for shipping. DONE DEAL AND THEY ARE ON THE WAY. This guy wanted $20 for two screws that are probably 10cents each wholesale since he had a bag of them that have probably been sitting for months and aren't even an exact match...didnt even present the screws to me to make a comparison. Simple customer service and satisfaction goes a long way. Unfortunately they lost a customer for life. I will go elsewhere to purchase my watches and get them serviced. read more

Took my Hugo Boss (Mavado) $235 value watch in for bracelet repair. They did a good job. It only took 15 minutes, and cost only $8.60. But they changed the winding crown from stainless to one with a black onyx end cap. They denied changing it. They said I must have never noticed it. I've had the watch for 10 years. I know what my watch looks like. So not only did they steal the original, they lied about doing it. If you ever take anything in there for repair I recommend you take pictures of it before you hand it over to them. read more

Id give zero stars if i could. Dont give any of your money to this crook. you buy a watch and try and return it less than 24 hours later they wont let you. In their return policy it says returnable within 7 days if in new/ unworn condition.BUT the Owner will say its "worn", No matter what. I wore the watch for 2 hours after his assistant put it on my wrist to try it on. Then took it off when i got home. So what is considered "worn"? Cause in that case everything in ur shop is worn if its ever been even tried on. And also its been wrapped around a display for who knows how long. Those creases that u said u saw in the wristband were from ur own display. When u wrap a watchband around a circular object to display it, of course thats gonna make crease marks on it. Who knows how long its been wrapped around that display... so in summary ...Less than 24 hrs later ...its unreturnable. Its up to this scumbags discretion how he wants to treat you. So there is actually NO return policy as far as im concerned. This place is run by crooks. Save ur money go to someone else. read more

My husband's watch clasp was broken and we walked in there just to see how much it would cost...the owner fixed it for FREE! I made the decision to go back again for any of my watch needs. Yesterday I took one of my watches in because the watch battery was dead and I wanted to add a couple links. He priced it out for me and was willing to bring the price down to compete with Sears' price. The best part is the amazing service and great personality of the owner. I called & was told to bring it in so they could look at it. It had some scratches & they couldn't do a full exchange but let me pick out a new band which they discounted for me & didn't charge me for the work of filing the band down to fit my husbands watch. My husband really likes it now & is grateful that they worked something out with me for him. We've been to One More Time in the past for other reasons & have always received great service. I had a dive watch which needed a new battery. I took it to my usual watch repair person and he was unable to open the back of the watch. I was bummed. I took it to a jewelry store in the Ventura Mall and they said they do not do repairs and referred me to One More Time. I never knew they were in the Mall. I showed them the watch and they said they can install the battery. I received a call a few hours later advising me it is fixed. They said it took awhile and 2 guys to do it--- but is is fixed. They are nice people, do excellent work at reasonable rates. They are also honest. I asked them if they can fix a few watches with scratches. He said it depends and proceeded to explain what kind of watches "permit" buffing and removing scratching without damaging the watch. If you have a watch needing repair-- take it to One More Time. They are on the first floor near Macy's and the escalator to the food court. read more
