My husband purchase my wedding ring at 4j Jewerlers on 7/10/20 the nxt following day the mall closed due to Pandemics. In the mean time I have a ring unable to wear and the Mall reopen around Aug- Sept A month later some my Diamonds fellI out took my ring and I had to purchase the diamonds because they didn't stand by there product. I was able to buy insurance with 4j jewelers where it stated lifetime warranty jeweler crossed it off and wrote in Pen 2 yr warranty. Well 6 months later diamonds once again fell out I took it back. They stated to leave it and they would give me a quote for the work I told them I had a warranty. Yet here we go again them blaming me that I may have done something to my wedding ring. It was fix after numbers calls to the jeweler and going back and forth . Yet here we are again and my diamonds have fallen out again the ring is a lemon yet I love my ring cuz it's my wedding ring yet the Jeweler has made it impossible for me for truly treasure My ring. If there was a rating for -5 they would get it. There are many jewelry store in the Mall DO NOT go to this Jewelry store. I honestly regret buying from here and wasting my money. Especially a place that has fake diamonds and lies about the payments and how much payments will be. Within a week one diamond falls when I was literally just driving. Me and my fiancé go to get it fixed or do something and they said it's not their fault that I broke it doing something. All I was doing was driving. So of course all we do is I guess get it fixed ,which they said they will call or text us and let us know when it will be done and the pricing. Almost a month goes by and no call or text. We go and ask them what happened and the owner I believe, some older lady says it's backed up because the jeweler got covid. Like how do you want good clientele with such a bad customer service representative. Her husband Rod is nicer but still don't leave your lady in charge if she can't properly have a conversation without lying to her customers. They went from charging me 30 to 150 like wtf no you wrote on paper 30$ and thank god for that paper or else who knows what would have happened. I have a warranty on my right and I go every 2 months to get it cleaned. I got it resized and they returned it to me completely morphed and I went to complain and the old lady told me to go back after the holidays. It was October so I was like fair enough.
