There are no open floors to fall into, they lift the vehicles & walk underneath. The very nice Manager replaced it while I was standing outside in the cold for about an hour. The fix did not work and the plate has detached again. We all make mistakes and the tech apologized but getting a response from Corporate after auto damage will most likely not happen so just be aware.
