I've been coming here for about 4 years and figured it was finally time for a review. I stopped here on a Tuesday afternoon for an oil change after seeing the no wait sign outside. They told me it would be about 15 to 20 minutes but it only took them 12 minutes! The fastest oil change ever, I felt like I was a race car driver at a pit stop lol they also checked everything listed in my picture and topped off my washer fluid and coolant. These guys were great. They know the meaning of customer service and are clearly experienced. Went in following up on another oil change place that I just did concerned about the service. These guys checked and found a loose skid plate. They found a bolt missing and the hole stripped. They were able to find a suitable bolt and fix it onsite. I am and will continue to be a regular here and, if they are closed, go ahead and wait until they are open to get their services specifically. Knowledgable technicians. read more

They helped with a battery issue at no charge which was great. But the didn't attach the skid plate properly which came loose as I was driving. This is extremely dangerous and thankfully it didn't fully detach. So one star for that just cos of the risk. Added a star for their help with the battery and didn't charge. I was in need of an oil change and I was looking for something closer to home. I planned on dropping off my car during lunch for the service and would have just picked it up after work but things have changed. I showed up and thought it was going to be an easy drop off situation and had my husband pick me up after dropping my car off. Due to COVID, they're taking safety measures by either having you stay in the car during the oil change or staying nearby until they need you to get in the car and start/turn off the engine. They told me it would be about 10-15 mins and I shared I was on my lunch so it wasn't a problem. Would recommend coming here if you can spare about 15 minutes during the weekday and not saving a chore like this for the weekend! read more

This is my second time at this location. I used to travel to the Campbell one for years so I am willing to go a little further for a team I like. I am again impressed by the service and efficiency of the team here. I just had my car inspected earlier this week for a recall at the dealership and had my alignment and new tires put on. I already knew my car didn't need anything extra except new wipers. They did not try to upsell me because I am a woman, which happens to me every time I bring my car in to get any service anywhere. I went to change my oil today. The woman who helped me came with 2 very dirty air filters and said that I needed to change them. In addition, my tail lights were blown, the brake fluid was underneath and a few other things. In short, I was scared but couldn't do anything else, so I told her to change the oil and the 2 air filters. When I left there, I went to Auto Zone to buy bulbs for my car. What was my surprise, my car had all the lights fine. I was upset. How can people be so dishonest? So I asked the man to check my oils... and of course, nothing was underneath. They checked my history and inspected my car and told us that we do not need an oil change today as I am just 3K of my 5K. Finally, picked up this one, which had highest eating of 3.5 (which itself is very bad) among all jiffy lube shops here. Was pleasantly surprised by professional handling and courteous crews. This is my first and last time coming to this location. As someone who seems less knowledgeable in oil change and cars, I kept receiving different and unclear responses. They confused me with their dishonesty and lack of confidence when answering my questions. Also, the vacuum service was marked as completed, but when the maintenance was finished I can tell right away that it was not vacuumed. Now you've got the background! Raymond was phenomenal. He's an early bird (every morning up at 430a) bright and cheery on his way to work and he greets you so kindly and warmly. I wasn't even quite awake and fully functioning myself LOL! Upon arriving and being greeted, I informed him that I was in a pinch before work and he made sure I made it on time. I didn't even realize they sold windshield wipers but that got checked off my winter prep list too saving me further time. I had a low tire pressure light on. They said they filled up my tires but the light was still on. Stopped by a gas station and my tires were really low. No leaks were found, just low tire pressure. If you've gotten your oil changed at a jiffy lube, and only had your car start leaking, welcome to the club. Got mine changed a couple months ago and sure enough my car starting leaking immediately the day after. I spoke to an independent mechanic and sure enough he mentioned they do this all the time. You go in to complain, they say they can't help and you owe them $150-200 to fix it. If this has happened to you in the past, please message me. I will be writing to corporate and the more complaints we have together, the more likely they'll listen. DO NOT bring your car here for an oil change. Even if it's more expensive to take it to an independent shop. It will save you money in the long run read more

I typically take bad reviews with a grain of salt but this time I should have listened. I had the worst experience here. I went in for an oil change and soon after I left when I opened my glove box to put my invoice in, the door fell completely open and all my stuff fell out. I know it's an easy fix but their staff should have taken the time to put it together right. Then a few days later while driving on the freeway I hear a banging sound coming from my car. I pull over and find my skid plate torn off and damaged. Their staff didn't put on all the screws . I had to buy duct tape to keep it on until I could get back into town. I went back to their location and the store manager said he personally checked to make sure all the screws were on. I mistakenly believed him. Soon after I parked my car and saw part of the skit plate still hanging off. Obviously I couldn't go back to trust them to do it right so i went to another shop. I contacted management again about a reimbursement and the district manager did not provide good customer service. It took him 3 days to provide me an email address to send receipts for a reimbursement. I said I couldn't find the receipt for the duct tape but provided a link to Home Depot to show the cost. They wouldn't reimbursement me for the duct tape. I know it's just a few dollars but it's the principle. I think they should have reimbursed me for the oil change as well because of all the trouble they put me through. read more

I had gone on a road trip, and gone well over the recommended mileage, and Dwayne made me laugh about it, while still explaining to me how important it is to get an oil change on time.
