I was greet d with smiles and as they tended my car inspection my break light went out and they so kindly assisted with the one that went out and another on rear window I knew was out. Excellent service! I stayed in the car the entire time. It literally is a drive through. They speak to me about what they're doing at every step. They check many things, stuff that I never even knew about. They showed me the cabin filter, it is full of gunk and rocks! They don't have my specific model for the filter, so they cleaned it thoroughly for me. It was very kind of them. For the air intake filter, they showed me that it is dirty but still have some life in it so could continue using for a little bit, which gives me a sense that they're honest, not trying to add more services more than you need. They have 3 different oil qualities available at a price which is including the work about the same you would pay at a local normal good car service shop in the area here. If you just want to have the oil and filter changed, then the pumping method they use is even preferrable as it avoids the risk of damaging screws or plastic spill covers on modern cars. When I asked them to clean it, they used a dirty towel, which made the situation worse instead of better. Came by on a Saturday afternoon with a groupon (1st time). I was sitting in the driveway for about 5 min before someone came over. They were pretty busy with each bay working on a car. I drove up to a bay with no one else waiting. On their banner, it does say they get their oil changes done in under 15 min, so I decided to track it for fun. It ended up taking about 22 min to finish. Whole time I was there was about 45 min. Not that big of a deal since I wasn't in a rush anywhere, so I'm sure they work pretty fast with no wait. I had to pay for hazardous waste fee and tax which was a few dollars. Open to coming back in the future! read more

I've been consistently coming to this valvoline for about 2 years now. The staff that work here are truly friendly people which is what keeps me coming back. They don't pressure you to get something done and when something does require immediate attention the way they approach it is very professional without that "judgement" look on their face of "why didn't you get this done sooner". Instead they bring up the concern and explain though-roughly why it needs to be changed. These people are so quick and efficient and I had my headlight, oil, auto transmission fluid all changed within 30 minutes! They also noticed the protective sheet underneath my car was damaged and coming off and they offered to pin it back on for me for free. And to top it all off they always have a discount coupon code on their website and I was able to save about $100 during my visit. Updating my review to say that they are still 5 stars. I took my young child and baby with me because it allows me to get an oil change and nap time taken care of without ever leaving the car. Or so I thought. My little guy had to use the potty and the employee was very courteous and opened all the doors for me as I pushed the stroller carefully (trying not to wake the baby) to use the restroom . Bought a Groupon, and they do require you to wait 24 hours before use. I bought a synthetic oil change for $53 on Groupon. Normally it would be about $100+ without it. They were really nice, and didn't pressure me to do any extras, which was great. I needed my windshield wipers changed, and they did give me 25% off. One of the guys was super funny! So an update on this center. I just got a call from one the operations manager there very down to earth and stand up manager. Who appears to take pride and honor in his operations there. He heard my concerns and has assured me that he's working on some of the operational flaws at this location. And I believe him. Used them several times because the location is close and clean shop. Last time I took a coupon they emailed me & guy didn't honor it, saying it couldn't be used for oil changes, wasn't a big deal because it was only a $10 coupon. Two weeks ago my wife's car started leaking oil. Inside the whole engine compartment & on the driveway. Wow the easiest oil change I have had in a while. Also the most thorough. They have a very large screen you can see while sitting in your car, and they walk through each line item with you. If you get the groupon you have to wait 24 hours to use it. It only covers 5 quarts and since my car requires 6 I had to buy 1 extra quart which was fine.
