Being a nurse and having no experience with pain management clinics, I was very skeptical. I imagined an office where people came to easily get pain medication and a sketchy doctor. I couldn't have been more wrong about this clinic! Dr. Azzam's office and medical staff are fantastic, knowledgeable, and very caring. Funny too. Dr. Azzam himself, is not the doctor I envisioned at all. The exact opposite. He listened to my concerns and agreed that we had the same goals regarding my pain management. I am a horrible patient yet he always carefully explained things to me in the manner best suited to my personality. He took the time to understand what I was worried about. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with the most current therapies. I ended up having Kyphoplasty and that was a fantastic decision. I trust Dr. Azzam 100%. I cannot recommend this office enough. He is easy on the eyes as well.

Even though there is a waiting room you won't be there long even if you didn't have a appointment. I would recommend getting one just to be safe though. The two Chiropractor's are pretty good and nice, they will advice you on what to do, down to the smallest thing. I really think they have your best interest at heart. I have been attending 2-3 times a week when able to they have a schedule where they go from 8am-about 11am then reopen from 3pm-about 6pm. I will update when I get the times down for sure. I really stand behind this because I drive from Alief to League City for treatments!

So i went and was prescribed a med that didnt work. Went back for follow up. Said that didn't work.. We discussed my continued follow up with my ortho. But nothing for pain. Just sent home with no treatment plan, no follow-up.. Nothing. So what do i do now.. Go find another pain management and say I have an orthopedist to fix the orthopedic problem but I have to have you fix the pain problem. ​I mean I don't understand where to go from here. ​I was with my last pain management for 15 years before they moved to a location further from me. So this is brand new for me to start new with the doctor and they're not getting my concerns. I guess. So I don't think I'm going to be able to return because nothing is happening here there's no plan . He has explained  in great depth what my condition is so that I can understand. I have something called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.  I have never heard of this, so he has educated me on it a lot. He does not give you false hope. If it's a 50/50 chance he lets you know. When it comes to blocks. He's not a pill pusher. I like that about him. He does try procedures first.  He takes all the time you need with him until you understand the procedures and process of how he's going to treat you. You will not find a better Dr. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful. Everyone always says hi and ask how  I'm doing or if I need anything I would definitely recommend Dr Garcia if you have any kind of pain. He genuinely cares for his patients.

After my husband came under Dr. Reyes's care, he suffered a massive stroke and passed away. This has permanently devastated our family. No words can explain the loss of the father of my children.
