I took my car in on a Monday morning without an appointment and Andy greeted me and diagnosed my car right away explaining what needed to be done. When my Jetta started stalling when I stopped at red lights a few times I knew I had to take it in. I should of wrote this review a long time ago. We have been going to this shop every since they opened and we love Andy and his crew! They were recommended by my cousin and her husband and they are regular customers too! We have had little problems with our Honda Van and other shops have told us to just sell it but Andy has kept it running for a couple more years now. I just happened to be across the street at Classic Mufflers when Andy (at the muffler shop) realized that my car had an issue that needed to be diagnosed by a mechanic, so he recommended going over to see Andy at One Stop. And I'm so glad he did. Andy diagnosed the issue five minutes later and set up for me to bring my car the next morning (it was already 4pm at the time). when I went back the next morning, he had a plan all set for my car that actually ended up costing me less. He was completely honest and professional about what needed to be done to my car -- no making me spend extra money or talking me into doing services I didn't really need. I will definitely be bringing my car back there for future needs and am so glad I stumbled across this shop. A few weeks ago, I took my Prius in for a service. This was my first time going to an auto shop that was not a dealership. I was able to drop my car off and have lunch with my little girl at the mall while my car was being worked on. Second, the customer service is fantastic! I booked an appointment through Yelp, and Andy responded promptly. When I took my car in, he helped me get my stroller out and asked if I needed a ride to the mall or someone to pick me up when my car was ready. I thought that was really nice!
