I've had 2 experiences with this shop as a female, both have been outstanding and very respectful. One was for brakes and the recent one was to check on something another shop told me I needed done. The employee on the phone answered my questions and told me "bring it in so we can make sure you need it before you spend money on it" he was detailed about what it was I was asking to be replaced (tie rods) and how they work etc. when I arrived he checked me in and took my keys, asked if the tie rods where okay if I wanted an alignment and I said yes. He called me back 5 ish hours later saying your car is fine, no tie rod issues and alignment has been done. Come grab it whenever you're ready. 10/10 will be going back to this shop and using it for future car issues/maintenance read more

I took my car to Fremont Chevrolet dealer for oil change service. After that I found that it had an oil leak, so I brought the car back to the dealer. The service person said that if it was their fault then they would fix it. If not, then they would charge $200. I asked them just to look at the oil filter and oil pan screw to make sure that everything was tighten, but they refused to do so. They said that I must agree to the $200 charge. I took the SUV home and brought it to Go To Auto Care. They took a look and found that the oil filter was not tighten enough, so they helped to clean up and tighten the oil filter. Guess what, it was $0 charge. I am so happy with Go To Auto Care service and they will be my first stop when I bring my cars for service. Excellent job! Thank you very much. read more

I took my car in the morning and it was ready a few hours before close. He even helped me find my radio code, always going above and beyond the line of duty. My car AC was weak. Last year I took it into some place which charged me $80 for a recharge, then sent me on my way. This year, my AC went out completely. I dropped the car off on a weekday in the AM with no appointment. They diagnosed my issue as some sort of valve leak, fixed it and recharged my system, all for less than $250.
