I'm beyond fed up with the way I've been treated by the manager, Carmen, at this dental office. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service skills. I honestly don't understand how someone with such poor communication abilities is qualified to be managing a dental practice. Just last week, I called the office to inform them of a scheduling conflict and to reschedule my appointment. What should have been a simple, routine conversation quickly turned into Carmen yelling at me as if I were a child. Her behavior was completely out of line and uncalled for. This isn't my first negative experience with her either--I actually left this office once before because of Carmen's attitude, and unfortunately, it looks like nothing has changed. I'm currently waiting to hear back from the owner, as I want to personally share how unacceptable the service was. At this point, I'm strongly considering leaving this dental office permanently. There are plenty of dental practices where my time, money, and basic dignity will be respected. Carmen acts like she owns the place, and frankly, her arrogance and lack of professionalism reflect very poorly on the business as a whole. I truly hope the actual owner steps in and trains her on how to properly manage a business and interact with customers. Save yourself the frustration--I would not recommend this place as long as Carmen is involved in managing it. read more

I had to have a lot of work done, and I am very very glad I chose this group to give me a new beautiful smile. Dr. John Cohen did an excellent job with the implant surgeries, and Dr. Sean Goel has done all the rest--with patience, expertise, and the highest of standards. The office staff are warm, cheerful, thoughtful and very attentive. I simply cannot recommend these dentists and this staff highly enough. The worst, I mean worse office I've ever been to. They are rip offs. I went for dental work and paid over $5,000 for work on my mouth because I didn't have insurance. First of all never pay cash in full. I went to fill the missing teeth I had. They couldn't get the measurements right. The guy that they were using to make my flipper was a friend of the lady that runs the office and she knew he was messing up on several customers teeth. As I was there, I heard one elderly man complaining about his dental work and so did I let them have it regarding the terrible job that was done in my mouth. The straw that broke the camels back my grandson six years old was also going there with me. He has Medi-Cal and they said he had two cavities so I told them I will bring him back. I will never ever go back to that place. I took him and myself to another dentist office that was an amazing office and the dentist said my grandson did not have any cavities. The lady that runs that office name is Carmen. She tries to be nice when you first come in and then she turns into a monster. They did do something to my mouth, but I insisted that they give me my money back. Carmen told me it will take a while for me to get it back. She said a doctor has to sign off on the check but when it was time for me to pay, I paid cash over $5000 with no problem, but to get my money back, I had to wait. I would not recommend this office to a dog. A dog deserves better treatment than you get at One Stop dental in Norwalk. The front office ladies and the dental assistance were cool. Please do not patronize this Office like I said Carmen is terrible and for the head of this office allows her to run the office hiring her friend to do the work making the teeth to replace the hose in your mouth is terrible. He does notknow what he's doing. They had to re-measure my mouth over five times and steel did not get it right. I'm just warning you don't go to this office. read more

The Dr's and assistants in the back, are great it is just the front office experience what makes this place bad. All the clerks there are always in a rush or in a bad mood. Before posting my review here, I had to make sure I was not being a drama queen, but sure enough, I just confimed reading some reviews here, that I wasn't wrong at all. My experience dealing with Carmen the office manager,is just horrible. She is very rude, I would say BIPOLAR, everytime I had to call the office to make an appointment, or even to get pricing or ask for information about my dental treatment. I didnt know if i would speak to the nice and sweet Carmen or the bipolar rude and mean Carmen. very hard and difficult to deal with her. I had to put up with all her crap just to see the awsome doctor is treating my teeth. At this point, I need more treatments to get done in mi mouth but I am discorauged to go back and deal with her. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Let me start with that I have been a loyal patient for the last 7-8 years, my family and I have been going ever since Vanessa was the Manager at this location and I had never experience anything like this. On June 4th, I had an apt scheduled for a cleaning(2 quadrants pending). I was scheduled at 5pm and I was patiently waiting- I asked Carmen(Manager)how much longer and she kept on saying that 10-15 minutes and those 10-15 minutes never came. I waited and waited until 6:30pm. I then was called to the back by Carmen only for her to tell me that they would not be able to see me since the DR had a patient with a serious case. Let me add that I had an apt for my Veneers the next day which was cancelled due to not being able to get my teeth cleaned, I even lost my deposit since I had to reschedule. In this case, I would have totally understood if I was told from the start that they needed to cancel my appointment so I could have left and found another dentist for my treatment. In my personal opinion, every since Carmen has been the Manager, this office has lost a lot of patients. I have not been the only one that has complained about her. She is very rude and unprofessional. She was even rude to her staff, the day of my apt, she even yelled at one of the Dental assistants and the front desk in front of me which is very unprofessional of her. At this point, I would like to get my money back for what I paid on Tuesday. I was seen for a cleaning and I paid $125 per quadrant and my visit fee which was a total of $299.00 plus my deposit that I lost for my Veneers which was a total of $500.00. This is the least that I deserve for losing my deposit and for the long wait. I called Carmen this morning and explained to her that I would like to get my money back and she stated that she was going to speak with the owner and that she would call me back within a couple days- she couldn't even give me a time frame. If she really cared, she would have called me back right away. If the owner of this dental office is reading this, please find a new Office Manager. She does not care about your patients at all. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I highly doubt that her staff enjoys working with her. Find someone like Vanessa, someone that cares about your office, patients and staff. Sadly to say, you have lost my family and I as patients and I will make sure to notify my family and friends that I have recommended this Dental Office to no longer return. read more

In for my free evaluation on two implants. I heard their ad on the radio and called from the car. Less than 24 hours later I'm in the chair getting X-rays. Had to stop the nice lady as she was going to take X-rays of all of my mouth and I only came in for the two implants, she said she had to take all of them and after I told her no just the two she said okay. I'm now waiting to the doctor, I'll look forward to update the public after my free appointment. I have been a patient at One Stop for several years now. This office is full of great staff like Vanessa who will guide you and explain all the information. I got my root canal done recently with Dr Cohen and Patty and it was a fast and easy process that took very little time to heal. This place is AWESOME. My attending doctor while visiting the establishment is DR. Saide. The man is very good at his profession. I travel a little far for the service, but the price is worth every penny for general and cosmetic dentistry. There are very few doctors that can handle my idea of perfection. Dr. Saide listens to each of my ideas and incorporates it into his work. In addition, the place is clean and friendly with some of the latest dental equipment. read more

Upon walking in I immediately enjoyed the clean, beautiful office, and especially the kind front desk staffing crew which are very respectful, helpful and competent. I loved the support they gave me, the involvement of the manager Vanessa which showed how important each patient was to them. I received work done with my braces and was pleased with the kindness and professionalism that I receive from there Orthodontics Dr. Allen, who was so energetic, and careful with his work. He explained well the plan and steps that needed to be done to My dental procedures in a timely, thoroughly matter. I arrived to my appointment at 1.50 pm , 10 min before my 2.00 pm appointment and they put me in the room ( dentist chair ) 25 min after and I wait for 35 min until the dentist came by 3.00 pm And I saw that they were attending to other patients that came a lot after me, they make me wait for more that 1 hour , and finally came to just polish a part of my tee ( piece 7-8 ) I ask why the just polished my teeth and not filled the part they damage And the respond was that this side is too complicated to fill, I also ask why on my 1st appointment didn't filled the molars for my bottom part (pieces 20,21 and 22 ) and they told me if I wanted a fill I have to wait for the dentist finish with other patient I agree and wait. 1 hour passed and me sitting on the dentist chair for almost 2 hours until one lady came, office manager I think. And she told me that nobody can help me and that o was there for yo long, so I told her there is more people like me for long and they are helping them and she said the have more patients. She makes me fell that I wasn't a patient so I ask her am I not a patient?? And she just lost me , and told me in a very bad way ( what do you wanted me yo do. ) and I told her that want it to be help because I was there waiting for more than 2 hours and now you are telling me to go?? And she keep telling me.. the service is not good. I went in for my wisdom teeth to be pulled & the doctor checked my mouth & asked me to make an appointment for w later date. When I came back, I was sitting there for almost 2 hours just to hear that they were to deep & he couldn't get them out. They had already charged me for the whole service & I was told I was going to get a reimbursement in the mail. It's been 2 months & no check. I have called many times & the manager is never in! I went in person & no one can help :( I have the receipts & I'm ready to get a lawyer if I don't get my $ back. Money does not grow on trees & I'm not about to let them steel what I work hard for.
