I went to Dr Noor to get implants on my right side where I did not have any teeth on the lower back three, I told Dr Noor that is what I needed, she arranged a date to put me to sleep and do the work I needed, I went there and l was put to sleep, when I woke up I had a crown on a tooth that did not need it on the opposite side and a inlay on another tooth on the opposite side, still no teeth implants, Dr Noor charged $7,000.00 up front before I was put to sleep, I thought about the work I still needed and I let Dr Noor put braces in my mouth and I had braces put on for another $5,000.00, braces removed that Dr Noor put in my mouth, I was in a lot of pain, the braces were to tight and every time I went back to Dr Noor and let her know that I was in more pain and the braces were to tight she would make them tighter, Dr Noor pulled number 28 tooth so hard Dr Noor pulled it in to the place of number 29, I had to get some body - anybody - to remove the braces, I already knew what Dr Noor would do, so I checked out Dr. Daniel Binafard to get the wires off and get a retainer for $300.00, Iwas in so much pain I could not think straight, Dr. Daniel Binafard suggested if he put a bridge on I would not need the retainer, still wanting the wires off because of the pain I told Dr. Daniel Binafard to go ahead, it did not take Dr. Daniel Binafard long to grind off all of my straight teeth and put a cantilever attached to the bridge to fill in the area where I did not have teeth on the back right on the bottom, the teeth numbers Dr. Daniel Binafard ground off was numbers 21,22,23,24,25,26, 27, 28 ,29, the cantilever ever was over the top of the gum for teeth number, 30,31,32, that was the teeth I wanted Dr Noor to do implants on, this was all one piece and felt like they molded it on a marble table in Mexico, plus he ground the gum down so far on number 27 it was three sixteenths of an inch (" 3/16'ths" ) lower then the gum in all the other area's, from Dr. Daniel Binafard and and his grinder the tooth that was in that spot was three times bigger then all the other teeth, it looked like it belonged to a hourse, After I went to Dr. Daniel Binafard office I called him Dr Grinder, when I left Dr. Daniel Binafard office I owed $9,000.00. I tried to sue both of them or at least get some of my money back, it is very hard to sue a dentist, I did report them to the dental board and the bbb. I did have to replace all the work in my mouth, I had $12,000.00 at Dr Noor and $9,000.00 at Dr. Daniel Binafard, I am only glad I did not have dental insurance till after I left, I had all my dental work redune for about $17,000.00 in Korea town, best dentist in the world in Korea town. read more

I USE TO WORK FOR THIS PLACE. AND YES EVERYONE IS RIGHT THIS LADY IS A REAL CON ARTIST. while working here i was excited because in the interview she told me this is a place of elegance HA! yeah right! for one she mostly has people she likes working for her friends / family members which is totally fine as long as we all stay professional. well that didnt happen. FIRST OFF DONT EVER GET BRACES FROM THIS PLACE. my job was to clean old brackets so she can place them on another patient., yes i mean after a person has been wearing these in there mouth for years she just reuses them . that cant he legal or sanitary on any level. but any who. Its all about the money in this office. I seen people storm out plenty of times for her outragous prices and their equipment is not all up to date she reuses EVERYTHING trust me. I know. but what i found really odd was after like two weeks of working for dr. noor her coworker shila trys to convice me to join there Zumba class twice a week for $40 a month. ummm isnt 24hr fitness like $30 but whatever. Of course i agreed with me being a new employee and all i didnt want to say no. I notice she did that to everyone that was new . which i dont think is fair to a new employee to be put on the spot like that. Also like every week she had her lead employee/ friend walking around the office collecting money from the staff for birthday"s, anniversary's, etc. For people I dont even know. and once i think she got annoyed because i didnt want to pitch in $10 on lunch with the others for Indian food, which i had did plenty of times before. I hate inidan food so why am i spending $10 everyday on it. i just felt that she would give me my check and the money would go right back to her ...this lady is seriously smart and knows whats she doing. Then i even heard her office manager say she just didnt like me ....like how unprofessional are you , i wasnt there to please anyone just do my job and come home. So high school, it wasnt long after before i left which is probably the best thing that ever happened to me and now i am blessed with a even better job. But dr.noor's office is place i will never go or refer somebody to. you can get way more for your money else where. read more

My husband needed immediate attention with his extreme pus filled tooth. During covid times it was very difficult to find a dentist that would take him in. Dr. Asmath Noor was going the extra mile for him to get us an appointment at her clinic right away. We were astonished that this dentist office even thought about desinfecting the shoes to comply with everyhting necessary to keep their patients safe. Dr. Noor could save my husbands tooth! Hurray we were so relieved! She was very gentle with him because my husband is quite sensitive and he didn't expect that the root canal was a painless procedure. Everyhting was latest standard and very professional at this dental clinic as we used to as Europeans. What a great and caring crew we met. We felt so thankful and of course we wanted to share our experience. First listed on the web of course is always yelp. I was astonished about the reviews I found there. I am not sure if they were real or somenbody wanted to spread the anger he couldn't express during his dental visit. As business owners something like this happened to us too and we couldn't straighten it out with our customer and yelp did nothing to help us. That hurt our business a lot. Since when I do not trust Yelp so much anymore. So I researched more reviews and found this website https://birdeye.com/norwalk-village-dental-center-552753888 with 1,300 5 star reviews for this clinic. This will be in the future the go to website for my reviews. Also google posted more than 300 5-star ratings. That was strange compared to the 62 reviews on yelp. At the second visit during waiting for my husband I talked to other patients and they all were very pleased. Can't understand why people do not have the guts and "open their mouth" when they have something to say about what was wrong at their dentist visit in person. This Covid times are already challenging enough. Why to demotivate an entire team that is trying so hard to give the best service to their patients every day! read more

I have been a patient for Dr.Noor for over 6 years. She is really amazing and honest. I've had fillings for cavities, root canals done, teeth whitening and other cosmetic work done. She does excellent work and the plus is that she works a payment plan if you need one. Her staff is very friendly and they always go out of their way to assist you and give you excellent customer service. I selected this dentist because a close friend got work done here and she spoke very high of the results. Also, her hygienist Michelle is excellent. I get my teeth cleaned she does excellent work. It's always pain free. With my old dentist it would hurt, but with Dr.Noor she understands my concerns and she makes sure to apply numbing paste before any treatment and the result is always pain free. Overall, I have recommended Dr.Noor to my family and will continue to use her services. She knows her profession and does amazing work. She will go out of her way to make sure your dental work is done correctly. My mother is currently getting work done and is very satisfied with her tooth implant. I have been to plenty of dentist my entire life and I still get very nervious. But driving to the dentist I noticed a very big billord and it made me feel very pleased to think that this dentist must be very good to advertise like that. Well guess what people I was right. I walked in the office and it seemed really busy but I was in and out and very satisfied with what the outcome was.since then I have made this my permanent dentist. I'm very picky when it comes to a dentist for my children but this office made my children feel very comfortable , so this is our dentist for life. The entire staff makes you feel like if your part of the family and it is very hard to feel included at times. Since I first came into the office of Dr. Noor, I immediately noticed the welcoming atmosphere. The surroundings are both professional and inviting. From the manager Maria to all the individuals involved within the facility, I was elated to realize how friendly and respectful everyone was. I did not have to wait long periods of time for any work to be done. Everyone involved worked both sufficiently and diligently. I am very pleased to have chosen this office - I would not have liked it any other way. The office is located in a central area that is quite convenient. I am happy to know that I have had my teeth worked on by pleasant professionals who know exactly what they are doing. I will no longer need to search for any other dental offices. i am a 50 year women who was horrified of the dentist for the past 30 years. i have been with dr noor for several years now..from day one her staff has always been there to help ease my anxiety for each and every visit....she has always been extremely patient with me because of my anxiety.... she is always putting me at ease with every procedure i had done..i had a root canal, old filings replaced, crowns and deep a deep cleaning of the gums....and most recently i have had my two front teeth bonded .. i had severe damage; due to excessive acid that ate away the enamel. i have lived with that damage for 30 years..last night that all changed! dr. noor bonded those 2 front teeth last night...for the first time in 30 years i could smile with confidence. for all of you out there who are also have the fear of the dentist...come see dr. noor and her staff, let them know your fears and they will help ease your fears.. read more

This doctor Noor and staff are a literal joke Waiting hours to be seen when no one was even there, charge double for the same thing, say they will not do the treatment needed unless you do unnecessary treatment of course that insurance does not cover. Don't mind paying for things needed but when you absolutely know it's not needed and they insist just to get extra money that the insurance isn't gonna pay for, it's unethical . Also the front office completely lies to your face makes you pay for things like x rays up front and illegally deny you from getting a copy ‍ even when you made sure to ask ahead of time for that copy and they said yes WOW not good. Staff was wonderful right when i walked in to the very point I walked out. Immediately made me feel at ease and comfort. Ensured I was aware of how the office and staff functioned by giving me a tour and introducing everyone to me. Finally met Dr. Noor and she was just wonderful! Straight to the point. Very honest and never once made me feel like I was at fault about anything. Extremely friendly and professional environment and just all around awesome people and team. You can tell the good Doc is well liked and respected by both patients and team and that's very important to me. And then they did everything they could to qualify me!
