Should be an option for NO stars. I have had such horrible experiences and heightened anxiety and stress with Dr. Noor since getting both our sons braces on back in January 2022. Recently we have repeatedly asked for them to be removed. Prior to 1 of the nice & professional Orthos there (Lubna) we were told if I was happy with the boys teeth then they can have braces off. On August 21 spoke with Heena Dr Noors daughter who assured me that she has them down for REMOVAL on 9.5 (we would get what we want). That day Dr Noor still refused to remove. Just want to be done with that office. Dr Noor speaks to her staff horrible and let's them approach patients unprofessionally (speaking from experience). It's rare you go for a schedule d appointment time and get seen at that time. You do alot of waiting there. read more

Same with all her front desk, girls rude, and nasty. They don't care about you they just went in and out and that's that Please don't come here. I love this dentist!! They worked with my insurance (Denti-Cal) to get some major dental work done. It's only just begun and I'm looking forward to a new smile!! The extractions were painless. Bree and Dr. Chae are phenomenal!! They made my procedure fast, painless and very comfortable. Great personalities! I'm coming back for much more work so it is a pleasure knowing they will take care of me. It's hard to find a good dentist who you feel comfortable with and will take your insurance. I am shocked that the dental board hasn't revoked her license and that she is still practicing. She is a con artist who pushes unnecessary treatments and delivers subpar work. Be sure to scrutinize your bill because she charged for services that were never performed. She seems to have chosen this profession to exploit people financially rather than to help them. A fraud, a cheat, a swindler. Quality of work is questionable. Live with the pain if you have to, until you get a 2nd opinion. It may end up saving you thousands of $$$. Do not sign any contacts for cleanings, because then she will have both you and your insurance company over a barrel. (pretty much restricts you from seeing another dentist) I wish I never walked in the place. staff is very friendly, but turnover is high.. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would ! I paid 5K for cavities and 2 crowns and now I'm even doubting that I had that many cavities. My teeth are at their worst ever since I came here my teeth are super sensitive now and I never had this problem before ! Another issue I had was that she tried telling me I NEED braces even though I had braces years ago and i only have 1 crooked teeth now. AVOID AT ALL COST! Do your research and save your money. read more

Dr. Noor and her staff are absolutely amazing. I had broke a tooth the day after Thanksgiving on pecan pie of all things. They took me in that day got x-rays, antibiotics and pain meds. So I could come back next to extract the tooth. They used extra topical numbing as I'm a big baby when it comes to numbing needle. They also gave me nice red glasses so I would not be blinded. Dr. Noor is the best as she was put in difficult situation as I had a crown next to tooth and she is the GREATEST she got it out with no damage to my crown would absolutely recommend Dr. Noor to all my friends and family. Our family loves Dr. Noor. My son has braces and she has been amazing during to major teeth extractions. I didn't feel her pull the tooth out at all.
