Monday -Wednesday you expect some type of answer but nothing. They are a waste of time and poor service. I went in for a tire change because I had a flat and they found something else wrong in the process , a loose bolt that could've costed me the ultimate price if gone unnoticed. The owner didn't feel right with me leaving in such an unsafe condition so he decided to grab his tools and tighten it all while having a lot full of cars and closing in the next 15 minutes... for free at that. That's genuine love from the heart & I am highly appreciative for it and give my respect. Driving off I immediately noticed the difference I mean I was pushing it close to a bad call. My daughter was driving my van and must have hit a curb or a pot hole at a high rated speed and blew out my front passenger tire. I changed it to the spare and pulled in 15 minutes before they closed. The tire tech greeted me and was more than happy to help me with a used tire. I went to this place when they first opened. I'm glad I came back to this place. Professional and friendly staff. Reasonable price for mounting, balancing, and electronic wheel alignment. Wheel alignment looks good in the computer screen. The drive on my way home, I noticed the steering wheel was not straight and a few degrees off to the right. I did not turn around to go back at that moment as they were busy and almost closing when I left the shop. I will go back as soon as I'm able to in the morning. read more

I called before prior to get a quote for tire rotations. The guy on the phone quoted me $15. I immediately asked if he could still do the tire rotation on my Tesla Model 3 and was told no problem. The next day I come in and I bring my car. This shop tries to charge me $30. DOUBLE THE QUOTE. I would not trust this shop. They're not honest and seem to be snakes. STAY AWAY. I've used this tire shop twice for a car I no longer have. Both times I had a used tire put on. The guy who helped me was cool and I don't remember his name. He helped me both times. He started the tire right away and had me in and out. I should have wrote a review before, but since I saw they got some bad reviews, I wanted to put my review in. My experience is a horrible one. I paid to fix noise coming from the lifters repairs and my vehicle was there for several months and is in worse condition. Parts are missing, I had a misfire and a ruff idle. The mechanics and ownership are incompetent. My vehicle was damaged and was taken to the dealership to be repaired correctly. Great experience today! On a road trip from Oregon in my Porsche, and almost to my destination here in southern California, one of my rear Michelin Cup 2 tires picked up a nail and pressure went down. I pulled over and looked here on Yelp for a trusty local option - and found One Stop Lightning Tires & Wheels. Called and spoke to the owner's son, Matthew. I asked how long of a wait, and he said, "Come in, about 5 minutes." Perfect! Stopped in, pulled up... and Jorge (great guy) carefully checked where the jack point was, jacked the car up very nicely (and correctly) and removed the wheel. My son and I watched as he brought the wheel/tire over to the machine and removed the tire. Jorge and Matthew also showed us the patch, and how it was applied to the inside of the tire. Very nice. While my son was conversing with Matthew (and a nice asian gentleman who also picked up a HUGE nail in his tire) I went into the main office to pay. I met the owner (Matthew's dad) and he was really awesome. He told my son that he (my son) better lead a straight "good" life and stay off the streets - or else I (dad) wouldn't let my son some day have the Porsche. This was a great opportunity to fully agree. Good times. Anyway, I highly recommend this tire shop. Priced well, no wait, careful work and friendly people. It really doesn't get any better than this.
