Sometimes the pricing is cheaper online, and it's reflected when it's scanned at the register. Also not all bourbon is in order. There was a bottle they definitely had , but I couldn't find it and took a few minutes for an associate to locate it. Therefore, I highly recommend to order online and pickup later. (I would have saved about 30mins ordering online ). Not that I'm complaining, just stating a fact. Pricing for scotch and non allocated bourbon is excellent. Lower than anyone , save Costco. I came specifically for a Laphroaig lore cask strength, $85. Grabbed a few other goodies.

She talked to me like I was stupid and then got weird and aggressive when I asked if they had gift bags, telling me they charge for those. I was just asking if they had them! I wasn't asking for anything free, though that would have been nice considering I spent over $200 and then was snapped at like I was trying to get a handout. The young college kids working in there also get treated poorly by the stuff I overheard. The store is small, cramped, and they hover over you for taking a look. More security cameras than a bank. Just straaaaange vibes in there. Will just make the drive to Newport next time.

Not a huge place but the selection is amazing. The pricing cure is really great as well. It's pretty much the best prices you're gonna find even for some of the more rare bottles. They always offer their opinion or help, but it's chill even if you wanna just take a look around yourself. Over the years, I bought some pretty great bottles here. I especially like the barrel pick/ store pick program.

Her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, no apology or effort to make it right. What makes it worse is that my order was marked completed by the time I got to my car, even though I never received anything, and shortly after, the store was suddenly shown as "not accepting orders." It really makes me question whether she was being honest. I understand technology issues can happen, but the way I was treated and how this situation was handled was incredibly unprofessional. I left with no order, no apology, and a bad impression.

The only order they ever filled for me, was by proxy when my son-in-law got his order fulfilled(with 2 bottles I wanted). If I had been notified in 2-4 hours, I could have searched elsewhere for the product I wanted... while others would have still had it in stock. But notifying me a day later is unacceptable. The one order they fulfilled, took 13 days to ship, and arrived after 19 days. Should have learned my lesson then. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me 2x.... I hope you go out of business. I rated it 10/10 for the watermelon it was strong and had a great watermelon flavor with candies included, the coffee was 7/10 it was too sweet with no alcohol flavor . My boyfriend rated mine 5/10 as it was too strong for him while he rated his a 10/10. We will definitely be coming back this August to try more mixed drinks and probably take some home to the Bay Area
