We've been coming here for all our vehicle inspections for 30 years with no complaints. The…read moregentleman that used to own/run it was always fast, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. However, today's experience was so over the top, unprofessional, and insulting as we've ever had with any business. Ever. My husband and I took our daughter's car in for inspection. An older man that we've seen prior was there along with a young kid that looked like he was in training. A few minutes into the inspection, they waved my husband out to the garage. The young kid had unplugged the theft tracking device AND our OBD2 port, without asking us about it, then threatened to fail the car as the plug in device they use was reading an error as it was not getting any information from the car. By the way, the car is a 2023 Nissan Sentra with about 20k mi on it and it spotless condition. When my husband asked him to in the future please ask prior to doing any of this, the kid replied that he didnt need to ask us about anything. Um, yes you do, it's not your car. He then told us he was failing us and then told my husband he needed to stop drinking and driving because he could smell it on him. Wow. My husband rarely drinks and hasn't even had a beer in over a month. I'm sure what he supposedly 'smelled' was hard work and an intolerance for a boy-child's bull****. We left and went to a different place and oh yeah, it passed with no problem. Zero stars if possible.

I payed the $900 the troubleshooting and began looking for parts. When I told him that I needed time to find cheaper parts. He got mad!!! I told him to give me one month to find parts. He said I had till Friday Not next Friday I told him okay I will tow my truck back to my house until I can bring it bad... he got mad again He said okay That night he calls and said I now owe him $950 more That I could not take my truck or tow it.... So now my bill is suppose to $900 to $1,850 We are A Military Company... But This place gets a -Zero

I had an ABS issue that I took to these guys to fix. They seem to have temporaritly fixed (or…read morecovered up) the issue but the warning lights and indicators remained on. I didn't think much of it until I returned the car for an inspection and they told me thier equipment could not bring up any codes. (They told me the battery must have been recently disconnected but it has not been touched.) Thier equipment to fix the ABS issue and even to do a simple inspection is innoperable. I didn't realize this until the second visit. Then they made me pay for thier equipment not working. Basically, blaming me for thier inability to do the work.
