Great post workout stop after hitting the gym in the same complex. Prices are reasonable and staff is quick to get customers in and out in a friendly and timely manner. They have a wide selection of shakes above and beyond what is listed on their menu. They have a great rewards program which allows you to earn free shakes after a certain number of purchase. The only small con is that depending on who is making the shake it will taste different. read more

Friendly, fast, and confident. I went in one day after working out, I wanted to get something that would replenish my muscles and keep me full as I hadn't eaten and was going to run some errands. I wasn't sure what to get, I told them all of them and what kind of flavors I usually like, the girl that was helping quickly said "No problem, I got ya! How is yogurt to keep you full for the base?" I really like the smoothies but lately when I go in there they are not friendly at all. Not even a smile. One girl has seen me a few times now and just monotone asks "what can I make you". The only reason I'd give the amount of stars I did is because they are at least fast with making the post workout shake that I always order and am out the door fairly quick. I will say, however, your experience and the quality of your nutritional shake will VASTLY depend on who's working that shift. For as many times as I have frequented this location, I still can't say that I've had a consistent/quality nutritional shake; not to mention the abysmal customer service. read more

I was recommended to get a shake here by a client. I was excited to try because we have nothing like this in SoCal. I was a little disappointed because they were not helpful, specially for someone on their first time here. I had to figure out how things worked while the girl behind the counter just started at me, I asked questions but she was not helpful. I will say the shake itself was great! Walked in and received really bad vibes. The two girls working were super rude and both rolled their eyes at me. I tipped anyway because I work in the customer service industry. When I tipped they didn't say thank you or even acknowledge it. I could make a healthier, better tasting protein shake, with actual chocolate protein and not Hershey's chocolate syrup. I usually like this location. Of the ones I've been to, I liked this one the best. But lately they keep messing up my order for my smoothie. And on my last visit, the staff was unfriendly in addition to not making my smoothie correctly. I asked the staff how I could get my order without a multivitamin (I can't have them for medical reasons), and it was like pulling teeth for them to just say "you should get the almond milk". I also wish they were made with more fruit. I think there was one singular peach blended into the whole thing, and the rest was just juice. read more

The staff their is very friendly except this blond young lady. I come in I'm not greeted, not talked to, i asked how her day was and I was looked at like I was trying to hit on her, she's rolled her eyes at me before, I ask a question about pre workout if you have any that has a thermogenic in it and she's like I don't know and doesn't even check. The manager needs to sit back and reconstruct how the staff is doing when it comes to customer service.
