As a frequent shopper of this franchise at various locations throughout the valley, i am disappointed in the lack of customer service I received at this location tonight by an employee by the name of Rachel. She was very disrespectful to me after I ordered my usual 2 chocolate protein shakes with A banana in each. As she started my drinks I watched her start to pour banana purée, so I stopped and told her I asked for an actual banana in my drinks, as I normally do. She threw the purée carton and said "You didn't mention that." Then she asked if I wanted protein in my shakes, as I always do, so I said yes. She then said with a smirk, "You didn't mention that either" I then asked who her manager is, and she replied it's her. So Jeff and Dave, if you see this message, please sit your manager down and give her a lesson in customer service and respect. I too work in customer service, and I would never treat my customers this way. I wouldn't recommend this location to Anyone. This is not the first time she has not been pleasant. After a busy day as a Business owner and squeezing in a cardio/hike workout, I thought to try One Stop Nutrition. I ordered a low carb meal replacement shake. Since it was my first time there, my server gave me a punch card and placed three punch holes on my card. I thought that was very generous and a cool business strategy to gain customers .
