One Stop Just keeps getting worse. Even though Sam, the business manager, wrote a response to my review, it's clear he didn't actually read it. How do I know? 1. He mentioned trash in his reply, but nothing specific about any of the other misleading, disorganized, or inconvenient things his company did. 2. The day after his reply, I got a call from Humberto saying he'd been told there was trash left at my home. (The only remaining trash my review mentioned was the vent and nails, but it was clear he'd been told only "trash.") I told him about the vent. He said he would come pick it up. He came to get it and, while here, was kind enough to ask if there was any other trash or anything else that needed to be taken care of. My husband had been on the roof the day before and noticed that the cap on the new vent was loose and wobbly. I told Humberto about that and he immediately went to look and when he got off the roof said that he would go to Home Depot and come the next day to replace the cap. Never saw or heard from him again. 3. On July 18, the loan specialist at the bank where I got my financing sent Kennedy and me a detailed email explaining the funding process, including needing One-Stop to send specific paperwork upon completion of the job, and that the funds would be sent to One Stop. So tell me why I got an email from Jenny (office) yesterday asking me about my unpaid invoice and asking how I planned to pay? I had to contact the lender to get them to explain the process to One Stop again and let them know that they're holding up the process by not having submitted the necessary paperwork. One Stop is a giant mess. They should change their name to Just Stop.

Philip was great. He was in charge Made sure everything went smooth. And it did. Workers covered everything with tarps on the year down. Cleaned up. Roofers equally professional as well.

As a landlord, my company has worked with several different roofing contractors over the years. One Stop stands far above the rest, the quality of their work and service is unmatched, to make it better they also offer very competitive pricing. Usually quality comes at the cost of price or vice versa, but you can have the best of both worlds with One Stop Roofing. They work on all types of roofs but did an especially great job on modified bitumen (torchdown) for a flat roof on several of our properties.

He also has a strong understanding of local roofing requirements, including the specific tile types and sizes commonly used in the area. Furthermore, their price is quite competitive. Throughout the project, Bryan was highly responsive and addressed every concern promptly. His crew demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and it was clear they took pride in delivering quality workmanship rather than simply finishing the job as quickly as possible. They even spent additional time replacing rotten wood and repairing a damaged rafter to ensure the roof was done correctly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience and would confidently recommend ASR to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor.

Importantly, there is no subcontracting unlike some other roofing companies which stated their use in fine print. The entire crew worked seamlessly work together in unison to finish my whole reroofing in 3 days. I was initially skeptical since others stated 5+ days, but I could see how organized and efficient the team was. Since roofing is expensive and stressful, I made sure to get four other competitive quotes from other roofers. The price from ASR came out the best with the same specs, but I would still have went with ASR even if they were more expensive, just because of the trust I had in Bryan. Throughout, I got to meet Bryan's father, Frank who has 30 years of roofing experience and was accommodating to my needs such as when I requested protection of my garden during tear-off. I also met Bryans brother Steven during the shingle installation, which reinforced the sense that this was a family business that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Finally, after the installation was finished, the team still cared very much about passing inspection for permitting and to ensure their reputation is upheld. Even after payment was completed, they continued providing follow-up support when needed, which gave me additional assurances in their commitment to quality. I highly recommend All Service Roofing (ASR).

When Arturo came out to inspect the roof, he provided a verbal quote, but no written estimate was ever sent. Since my husband and I were in the process of making decisions based on contractor bids, I later reached out and specifically asked if a written quote could be provided. After waiting without receiving anything, I followed up with Arturo by text and was told that he would send the quote later that day. Four days passed, and I still did not receive the written estimate or any update. I sent another follow-up message and received no response at all. The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. Based on my experience, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and would encourage the company to improve communication between their technicians and potential customers.

Some was so bad that you could literally see exposed underlayment. I was only able to catch this due to a bathroom window I have that just happen to overlook it. If I got the work done on a different part of the roof, probably would never have noticed. And would never be able to call them to address it, so keep that in mind. What's worse is that since the roof work there was no major rain for 16 month, which is outside of the 12 month warranty. So I guess if you never put their roof to the test against mother nature then I guess it's perfect service. But the first time it's suppose to do its job it fails to do so. At this point I'm not sure what they did mess up my tiles and take my money for the privilege. I would literally be in a better position had I not paid them to do "work" on my roof. I tried contacting them several times and met with the cold shoulder. I'm probably just going to eat my losses here but if you're considering them, just be warned. Or make sure it rains in the warranty period!

I was provided with a non English speaking crew, which made it hard to communicate important details. Because of this, I was never informed that my previously installed EV charger would create a solar permit issue. That oversight ended up costing me an additional $2,000. For a company charging at the higher end, I expected clear communication and a thorough review of existing electrical work. Instead, I was left paying for issues that should have been identified upfront. My advice to future customers: - Make sure they thoroughly review all prior electrical work done in your home. - Ask specifically about permit implications before signing. - Get clear confirmation on who will be onsite and whether they can communicate effectively with you. - Do not assume they will proactively flag electrical conflicts, you may be asked to pay for corrections later. The company is on the expensive side, and I accepted that cost in exchange for what I believed would be a smooth, well-communicated experience. Unfortunately, the communication breakdown and unexpected added costs did not justify the premium pricing. Proceed carefully and ask very detailed questions before committing.
