Rick is the most entitled and sensitive man I've dealt with during my home renovation project. It's completely normal to receive multiple bids when you're spending a lot of money on your home renovation. He came to my house ONCE, which I PAID him $40 for it just to come out. I never had to pay any of the contractor just to drive to my house to give me a bid, he was the first. He gave me ONE bid. And this was back in May. He was extremely pushy and even asked me to look at my other bids which made me feel uncomfortable. After speaking to him around May, he ended up blocking me because I told him I'll get back to him. So immature!!! Anyways, fast forward, I spent close to 20k at Classic Door & Trim around July/August but with a different salesperson, not Rick. I contacted them today to do some repairs for my other doors, and they connected me to Rick again because he is the only one who does repairs. He didn't remember me at first but I sent him photos with my boyfriend's phone (since he blocked my phone number). He then called me and said he wasted too much time the first time and he's going to pass on the job. Again, he came to my house once, I spoke to him for a day or two max, gave me one bid that I paid for. And I even told him I got my interior doors from them. I don't need to give him the job, if he doesn't want to take it then that's his loss. How entitled do you have to be?? Need Fix Shutters because your HOA give you a headache but can provide you a vendor for it?thanks to my painter that came and referred my to Classic Door & Trim! They are located on tropicana and left on Wynn if you drive toward the strip. Ok to be honest first when I walked it, the guys there looked at me like "WTH that asian woman is doing here" LOL, they didn't say it, it's how I felt. Then 2 guys asked me what I was looking for. Explained Charlie and Alexander referred me to them so I can order my outdoor shutters damaged by wear and tear. First they were like we only have 2 options and the price went up these past few months... While they running the pricing I looked around and they have quite a selection of knobs, base board, door locks etc... They do sur mesure doors and much more. The man who took my order offered me to pay half now and half at pick up. Delay 1 week. I asked if he could have it done within 72h... They were very knowledgeable, price is honest. I paid the order in full. They actually cut Sur mesure your outdoor shutters on site. The following day, I received a call informing me shutters were ready to be picked up!! They come wood color, meaning you will have to have it painted or do it yourself. They do not remove and install. Prior to my purchase I went to Home Depot/Lowe's and didn't find the size, width ...and it was like 10/15 days delivery time frame I am glad I found this place! THANK YOU so much guys! We went to this company to get an estimate for a new front door. We spoke with Travis and he seemed knowledgeable, helpful and competent. Unfortunately, that was in the middle of August. It is now October and despite the multiple times we have contacted him since, we still don't have a completed quote for our front door. This is based on my last experience with Classic Door. First of all, in reading the previous reviews, I found it interesting that a review gets updated from a 1 to a 5 star in a day? I've spent thousands of dollars at this shop, and had contacted their office since buying a $138 fire door replacing the one to my garage. For whatever reason, when I installed it, the door was skewed 1/4" to one direction. It never did fit right. It is possible the frame had shifted over the years, or the hinge cuttings were not done correctly by Classic Door. Their response was to have one of their guys (Rick) check it out on his after-hours time at a rate of a couple hundred dollars. No thanks, I'll be going to a shop that has better customer service. I don't necessarily expect the door to be corrected free, but would rather expect they'd work with me to ensure the door fits correctly. I did not leave feeling that they had any interest in that happening. I had called after I installed the door years ago and got that response, and when I went down today, I left without really any direction other than the need to have the frame adjusted. The salesman must have been having the worst day ever. But this is just doors & trim not brain surgery he should lose the attitude. So many other places in town to purchase from. I cannot say enough great things about Classic Door and Trim. I picked out the trim I wanted, told them how much I needed and they delivered 48 hours later. The people were wonderful and the process couldn't have been easier or gone more smoothly. Fast forward three months and we're 1 day from finishing this DIY project. I miscounted and was two corner pieces short. On a Saturday. 20 minutes before they close. I called and by some miracle they had the corner pieces I needed!! I told them I was on the way and I would be there right at 1:00. They told me not to rush that they would wait for me. On a Saturday! I'm sure they wanted to get out of there and enjoy their weekend but they waited to sell me 4 corner pieces (I got a couple extra) so we could finish this project this weekend. Went today. When I first walked in, it was really busy inside and I stood there for about 1 minute before the tall guy in the desk behind the counter said, "Someone will be right with you." Then he stood up, and asked one of the guys behind the desk to help me. The guy came right away, he helped me write up a ticket for the baseboards I came to purchase, and rang it up quickly. After handing me my receipt, he shook my hand and said thank you, and I thanked him as well. I purchased a door. They said it would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. It won't be ready. Since it was a special order I could not cancel the order even though the door had not even been shipped from the manufacture. The sales associate told me basically tough luck! You shouldn't of started the work before you got door. Nothing they can do for me. read more

After a horrible experience with Avanti (a separate review on their page) even though Avanti had cheaper prices for the doors, I took my business here. A few weeks ago when we were shopping around and not quite ready to buy, Robb was extremely helpful. I was being a little difficult with asking for samples. He would go back and get one and then I would ask for another one and he cracked jokes about it and made me feel completely comfortable. I had forgotten to get the prices for those samples back then, so yesterday I returned to ask the prices. They were a little too much for me so I went to Avanti, purchased baseboards then returned to Robb to purchase doors. My boyfriend had measured everything out so I told him everything I knew from my boyfriend. I'm not an expert on doors, but Robb was very kind and lead me through the whole process without being condescending. He actually wanted to help.
