The exterior of one tree cider House in the mist of a darker evening boasts inviting large windows and lights to draw crowds in. Once inside you were greeted by a chill hip environment inviting with unique and different seating areas and wide open access to the bar. Staff and bartenders were attentive, witty and funny, knowledgeable about the drinks and town. They were friendly and spend time with patrons to sample different drinks and provide recommendations. Easy to talk to and strike up conversation with. There is a large variety of options from unique sour flavors, combination of fruits, rich deep coffee tastes, and a lot more. If you live or find yourself in Spokane, and love cider, don't miss this place! We wandered in on a late Sunday evening. It was about an hour before close, and the staff was super-friendly. We were overwhelmed by the selection of ciders. We ordered a couple of flights to do some tastings, and they quickly poured each one. This is so unique! 20 ciders on tap, you can sample, have a sample board, buy a glass, or take a bottle home. My favorite was their own Caramel Cinnamon it tasted just like apple pie, I had to buy a bottle for home. We've also loved Lemon Basil in the past. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. It was modern yet cozy. The cider itself is always excellent, and being at the tap house let's you try seasonal ciders that are not usually available. Oh what a fun place to be! I went here as a Yelp event. The owner of the place was so cute and the cider selection is amazing. I tried a bunch of them but huckleberry one is my favorite. It's sweet and flavorful. Their pizza is very cheesy and very different from regular pizza. What a cute place and yummy cider. I've had several of the ciders at different restaurants and I love them all!! The cinnamon caramel, huckleberry and lemon basil are an absolute must!! Unfortunately this place isn't as good as it use to be. The food isn't super great and the cider is fine at best. It's a smaller space too, so good luck finding a spot to sit with your party, or even being able to hear each other without yelling. The real kicker is the staff, they aren't very helpful or kind. And unless you have been a regular since the beginning, you are pushed to the side and ignored. Won't be back, super disappointed. read more

I am a lover of cider. I will take it over beer any day of the week and I can't really get my fill in Las Vegas. I was VERY excited when we accidentally walked past this place in Spokane. This place is fresh looking, clean, spacious, relatively unknown as I could tell, and the bartenders were two cute, young women who were great to talk to although they may have just been bored lol. It is a really new place from what the bartenders told us. They had 20 ciders on draft from all over the region including ones that they make themselves. There were a ton of different flavors and they ranged from sweet to dry. I was told they also rotate their ciders out every once in a while so you can almost always expect to try something new when coming here. I got a flight and tried four different kinds: black currant, habanero, black raspberry, and huckleberry. I also tried two different flavors at a bar when I was in Couer d'Alene, Idaho the next day, orange creme and lemon basil. All were good and quite different from one another as one can imagine. I am not a huge fan of cider, but this place could change that. Awesome atmosphere with friendly service. You can easily sit and spend some time here. I met my wife here before a Chiefs game. When I arrived, a server was sitting and chatting with my wife. She was very friendly and really made us feel welcomed. She knew the menu and even offered to mix some of the cider flavors. Our favorites were the One Tree Hill Lemon Basil Cider, Huckleberry Cider and Caramel Cinnamon Cider. The service was excellent and very prompt. They also have a light food/snack menu. This is a great new cider taproom that recently opened in downtown Spokane. They have about 20 ciders on tap - a few of their own (One Tree) and many others from around the country. Oh and they even have beer too, in case some people don't like cider. They have a decent amount of seating - from tables, to couches and bar seating. In addition to the ciders, they have a delightful food menu. On this visit I didn't try any food, but I saw many other people ordering items and they all looked delightful. I ordered their taster tray - 4 tastes. The price ranges by which ciders you choose - yes, you are in charge of what you'd like to taste. I really liked this aspect because you can customize what you're in the mood for on a particular night. All of the prices of the taster sizes, pints, and growler fills are displayed on their menu at the front. First, I want to say we love One Tree's ciders! Lemon Basil is a favorite along with the Caramel Cinnamon and Snow Globe. We went to their brunch a couple of months ago and were very impressed. All of the waffles were delicious. Service was great. This time we got there a few minutes before 10 and there were more than 20 people waiting. We managed to get a table and order. My gingerbread waffle came after about 15 minutes, which wasn't too bad. But it was not warm, lacked flavor and was on the small side. Staff said they were have problems with electricity and second waffle would be out soon. 1/2 hour later, it did come and was hot, but did not have much ham and could not see cheese. And was small. Very disappointed. Will not be going for brunch there anytime soon. We will continue to support their cider. read more

Although I've never been to the official tasting room (as I live in Seattle), I am a HUGE fan of One Tree Hard Ciders! I first had these ciders at a cider tasting festival (Seattle Cider Summit) in Seattle and just fell in love. I ended up buying 6 bottles to take home with me (whoops!). I cannot express how good the Lemon Basil (tastes just like it sounds and so refreshing) and the Caramel Cinnamon (basically the most sweet, warm and gooey apple pie in a glass) ciders are. The crisp apple and raspberry (only offered for the festival) were great as well. I must have wasted half of my tasting tickets on One Tree Ciders because I just couldn't get enough. I wish there was a tasting room closer so I could try some more of your delicious flavors! Normally, I hate shopping at Whole Foods but I know I'll be back to buy more of your cider in the future... read more

I love one tree! They have so many cider options! I love getting their flights of cider and having the soft pretzel. I always make sure to bring all of my friends from near and far to one tree. It is a great place to hangout, play board games and chat with friends. Occasionally they will have live music which always adds to the fun. A fun thing one tree does is they give you the chance to roll a dice that picks your ciders for you. This comes with a discount too!
