Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly stressful due to logistics and communication. The delivery showed up about 6 hours late, which completely threw off our setup timeline. Because they were so behind, I ended up having to stay at the property until 10:00 PM just to get everything placed and ready. To make matters worse, communication with the office was really difficult -- at one point, we had to have the delivery guys call the office repeatedly just to get someone on the phone and get direction/answers. That should never be on the customer (or the crew) to chase down. I'll say this: the delivery guys were honestly great. They were professional, kind, and clearly doing their best under the circumstances. We also ran into an issue with the table/chair heights. I ordered tall chairs, but I had selected shorter cocktail tables. They did help fix the issue, which I appreciate -- but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being scolded for it. When you're spending thousands and already dealing with a massively late delivery, the last thing you need is attitude. A simple "no worries, we'll get it sorted" would have gone a long way. Overall: great delivery crew, but the late delivery, hard-to-reach office, and the tone when resolving the setup issue made this a frustrating experience. I really wanted this to be a smooth, professional rental process, but it wasn't. I would not recommend.

She originally gave me the wrong price after adding up everything for 50% which was fine, accidents happen, and I was not upset about that. What did bother me was the fact that she promised me a contract to look over and a credit card link to pay the deposit and it's been over 1 month and a half now and I never received anything. (See picture attached) I was originally promised a contract on 4/28/23 or 4/29 and today is 6/11/23 as I write this review. I don't feel it's fair to wait over a month and a half for a contract to review, especially if I was going to pay 50%. I would not feel comfortable recommending them to my family and friends due to the lack of communication and promises of receiving a context to review.

I was wrong. The Studio is so spacious and so nicely decorated. They have the tables, greenery, good hoop, dessert and drinks area, outdoor area and bathrooms. The downside is that there is no elevator which can be tricky when someone isn't fully mobile or if you want to have a vendor upstairs as they might charge extra for stairs.
