After waiting over an hour for the food to be delivered, the pool service van pulls up outside and the delivery guy is nice as he hands over the order. When I open it up, it had to be April 1 because the omelette I was waiting for still wasn't there. I'm pretty sure I paid for egg whites but that must not have gone through. This was the thinnest, flattest, seemingly one egg omelette I have had. I guess because it's already paid for and its delivery, they don't really care what it's like as long as it's out the door. But even then, it took quite some time for it to get here. Better of buying groceries than overpaying for one egg and sliced turkey thrown on top. read more

Inconsistent. I ordered from Oneida's twice from seamless. The first time my order was great! Everything was correct, the food was warm, and I got good portion sizes. It was delivered sooner than the estimated delivery time too. This time, I ordered something simple and they messed it up. They missed an order of fries when I ordered a combo meal. Also, the estimated delivery time was an hour after I placed my order, and they were STILL late. I received my order almost 2 hours after placing it. I ordered on Grubhub today from Oneidas deli for breakfast, I haven't used Grubhub in forever and also haven't ordered from this spot in so long so I was kind of happy because I know in the past the food wasn't bad but today I couldn't believe the food when I opened it...the food was cold, the bacon was burnt, the eggs with cheese was cold and tasteless. The Belgian waffles was a joke they were cold, soggy and tasted expired they tried to throw confection sugar that didn't help at all not even butter and syrup helped this tragedy. I also had grits with cheese it was so grainy and they threw a piece of American cheese on top and had the nerve to charge me extra. I will never ever order from Oneidas again this food was not edible at all everything was a fail even the stale wheat toast they sent. I order a waffle breakfast platter which I spent 12$ on, only to have some soft undercooked waffles that tasted like cardboard..obviously they were the frozen kind. Through Seamless online ordering service, I have ordered several times and, always, the delivery comes early and the food is hot and delicious. When they don't have what I've ordered, they do me the courtesy of calling to advise me and see what substitutes I want. Definitely will be ordering again! I highly recommend Oneidas Deli & Grill! DON"T ORDER FROM HERE! Formerly "Leo's deli & Grill" has been bought by it's former workers. The way they run this place shows why they should be employees & not business owners. I LOVED leo's grill.I HATE this place. They have old menus with new, much higher prices yet the quality has severely dropped. I've given them 4 chances & they have yet to get my order right. They overcharge & then pretend not to understand english as the mexican staff are now in charge. I ordered a burger and chicken quesadillas from this place after seeing remarkable reviews on seamless. It was the first and will most likely be the last time I order from here. The chicken quesadillas consisted of very little cheese and was basically chicken on a wrap. Nothing extra and it was very dry. The burger only had cheese on it. No lettuce, tomato or onions to be put on it. Not even ketchup packets. Delivery took over an hour-hour and a half. I have no idea how this place got high reviews on seamless but do yourself a favor: Stay away. read more

The absolute worst experience I EVER had with a restaurant in my entire life! I ordered food at 1114am and it was expected to come at 1215 . at 1245 I called them asking where my food was and they told me they came, called 4 times and left without Simply walking into the buisness and handing the food to the receptionist. So I told them I was dissatisfied but still wanted my food and i asked for a free refund for the inconvenience. They apologized up and down and promised the meal would be here within a half an hour. This was at 1245 mind you. So the food was supposed to be here by 115. At 130, I called back to ask them where my food was and they said they didn't even leave yet and they would be leaving in 30 to 45 mins. I was outraged.... So 30 to 45 mins later I called back multiple times and they never answered nor did they ever bring the food. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Its a pity they are getting 1.
