Once we sat down and he reviewed my W2's, what i was pulling in as income/giving the IRS in tax money every year and the fact that i was married to a woman who was dependent on me because she didn't work, he was borderline offended by my previous returns. He immediately took on my case - for a very reasonable fee i might add - and told me he'd make it right. He wasn't kidding.
