Instead of assisting me through the final steps of the process, Brett questioned my information for over an hour and made assumptions that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I felt stereotyped and judged rather than treated as a valued customer. As a Latino professional and business owner, I work hard and take pride in my financial responsibilities. No customer should feel dismissed or profiled based on appearance, background, or assumptions about their income or success. I believe your staff would benefit from additional customer service and cultural sensitivity training to ensure all customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
