I placed an order for obviously a very specific item. The seller did a bait and switch on me and sent a different item. I did my best to reach out to the seller but she ignored me both via phone and email. So I called MB to dispute the charge. I sent them proof of what I ordered, proof of the items received, proof I reached out both email and phone and MB sided with the seller. They stated it was an authorized charge. While I agree it was an authorized charge for the item I purchased but it became fraud once the seller sent me a different item and ghosted me. I expected MY bank to support me through this and they did not. I won't name any names on here but 2 employees who handled this situation and both just stopped responding so they didn't have to give me the bad news. I had to reach out over and over. This bank doesn't care about the little guy! Their response is, well our merchant who we contract with made the choice to uphold the charge. But YOU guys allow that to happen by being contracted with a merchant who does things like this to your customers. I will be closing my account and never going back to Mission Bank!
