I went to this bank a lot because I would have to deposit my pay roll check (before I signed up for a direct deposit), and the staff always made my money available to me the same day rather than having to wait a full business day for it to process. I have spoken to many of the workers at this branch, and have never been disappointed with the customer service. it's a smaller branch, not actually a full building set up. it's noticeable how close all of the workers are with one another, which is just another welcoming perk to this branch. although I do not go to this branch nearly as often, I will always come here if I need assistance!

I called back on the 10th day and was told that it would take 10-15 days for them to even process the refund. Called 15 days later and was told that If I did not receive the refund by July 15th to call again. I called them July 16th (today) and was told that the refund was mailed out and would take 10-15 days to be delivered and that it was mailed out July 12th. They also said that I should wait till August 2nd for it to be delivered and if I don't get it by then, they will send out another refund and that could take another 10-15 days to be delivered. I highly recommend making sure you DO NOT NEED A REFUND BEFORE YOU BUY. You will be waiting FOREVER for your refund. I will never use western union again.

They never announced it. I found out that it's been over a year. On the last Saturday that we showed up, three other cars arrived expecting to do business. No good Mechanics. It also doesn't help that you aren't open late nor do you open early. We're working people with a tax refund check and you need two signatures. It's not fair that you treat us like this. This is so off putting. And please tell your customers about not having Saturday hours. That many people should not have shown up to do business and find you closed. And also, correct this online, because everything I read said that you were open. If you don't have Saturday hours, people need to know!

After a "clerical error" cause $1,100 of someone else's money to be deposited in my account a week…read moreago, they finally corrected the error on Friday. In fact, they corrected in twice, leaving me $1,100 short. I made it clear that it was crucial that the error be corrected before the weekend. Multiple calls to their help line were useless so I visited my branch. The teller promised I would be covered, but it did not happen. All this after an error they made 14 years ago that crashed my credit rating just long enough for all my credit card accounts to be closed (it was during the recession). That mistake changed my life for years. I returned in 2019 and now know what a bad decision it was. They still, after all these years, do not have a handle on their accounting systems. Time to leave this bank behind again (for good this time).
