Luay spoke with me and I was impressed by his frank appraisal of the car and general attitude. I showed up at 10 AM and Luay was ready with the key and had the car prepped and looking good. This car is a 2016 Honda Fit with just over 98k miles. It has some cosmetic imperfections, as any car that age does. But after a thorough test drive, i felt that this car would serve us well. Luay and I reached a deal quickly, and i drove the car home. I bought this car on the 9th, but wanted to give it some time in case any issues arose. When I brought it in for a computer software update, they "found" $1000 worth of other work, and a $450 portion was to fix a sporadic clunking noise. It did not resolve the issue. I brought it back, and they diagnosed it differently, trying to deny that what they did the previous visit was intended to fix the sound (even though it was written clearly on the service report that they HAD fixed it). They said for $2000 more they could fix it. Aww, hell no. They gaslit me about their misdiagnosis, then wanted to charge AGAIN to re-diagnose it. Never again for anything not related to a recall. In fact, I won't buy a car from them again since my recently paid off one I have is useless except for driving around town.

I'm afraid there are no "deals" when it comes to auto repair. Most shops quotes are usually market rates and pretty competitive ... unless going to a dealership! Always stings when you are addressing mechanical issues. With that said, this shop uses software / app that clearly defines the issues that presented with a scan and diagnostic. The customer has the ability to review the most serious issues needing attention ... and agree to authorize which services to complete. Prices are clearly presented and broken down with parts/labor so it is very easy to price shop if you are hesitant to authorize a service. I did not find that this shop was a bargain nor overpriced ... again pretty much market rates for labor and parts. Some may find a $200 charge for diagnostic and overall vehicle inspection high, however I found the results well worth it as I now have a roadmap of services needing attention. Some I can handle myself and others will require the shop service. I consider the detailed diagnostics more of a safety check as my Toyota work van has 315,000 miles and still going strong. I dealt with Victor, who was extremely communicative and kept in touch multiple times during a 24 hour period with updates on the vehicle status.

I was told that it needed a few other services, including replacing 2 tires. For the services that my car "needed" I was given a quote of $4,000 (oil change, tire rotation, clean intake valves, replace the two back tires, replace front brakes, and replace transmission fluid). When I asked the guy who was assisting me what were the most urgent issues, he avoided answering my question directly and kept on trying to explain how it all was necessary. I ended up getting the oil change, tire rotations and one other thing that can't recall. The services that I didn't get were still about $3,000, I share this because this is where I felt like I was taken advantage of and lied to. I did tons of research, called various places to get quotes for the services I still had pending... everywhere else I called was a lot less than what this place quoted me. I ended paying $1200 for the needed services. Also, for the 2 tires he had told me I had to replace asap for my safety, I went to two tire shops and they both told me the it was only one tire that needed to be replace and that it could last at least 2 more months. Do your research, don't commit to getting the services done here. Couple other things to keep in mind: they will send a $20 if you have them a 5 star review ($20 isn't worth lying or going back). Also, they kept on contacting me after to come back and take care of the other services.

The waiting area is peak and spacious. There are multiple tables you can sit at as well with wall outlets nearby if needed. Coffee and snacks station is cool but more snacks and tea options would be cool. The vibes here are immaculate and everyone seems like they enjoy their job and working here. Will be back!
