There is also a whining noise coming from the rear, the wheels vibrate, the transmission slips when slowing down, and the muffler sounds loose or abnormal. I returned to the dealership the very next day--I hadn't even had the car for 24 hours. I had put down a $3,000 deposit, and they kept $700 of it when I brought the vehicle back. In my experience, they were not honest about the condition of the car. I feel misled and would strongly caution others to inspect any vehicle thoroughly before doing business here.

This car is a 2016 Honda Fit with just over 98k miles. It has some cosmetic imperfections, as any car that age does. But after a thorough test drive, i felt that this car would serve us well. Luay and I reached a deal quickly, and i drove the car home. I bought this car on the 9th, but wanted to give it some time in case any issues arose. In addition, my contacting the main office in Torrance, California, was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a long time. I got such a runaround from them. I'm happy that I decided to go talk to Mr. Demetri. Fortunately, I think the problem will be resolved satisfactory due to him. Because it's not yet finished, I'm only giving four stars. Instead of simply addressing the warranty issue, the service department tried to upsell several maintenance items, including a coolant flush, automatic transmission fluid (ATF) service, tire rotation, and battery checks. Since our mechanic keeps up with the vehicle's maintenance, these recommendations were unnecessary and left us feeling like they were more interested in selling services than taking care of the customer. To make matters worse, we've repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing list, yet the promotional mail continues to arrive. It's frustrating that such a simple customer request has been ignored. Honest service and respecting customers' wishes should be standard. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience, and because of it, we won't be returning.
