When I brought it in for a computer software update, they "found" $1000 worth of other work, and a $450 portion was to fix a sporadic clunking noise. It did not resolve the issue. I brought it back, and they diagnosed it differently, trying to deny that what they did the previous visit was intended to fix the sound (even though it was written clearly on the service report that they HAD fixed it). They said for $2000 more they could fix it. Aww, hell no. They gaslit me about their misdiagnosis, then wanted to charge AGAIN to re-diagnose it. Never again for anything not related to a recall. In fact, I won't buy a car from them again since my recently paid off one I have is useless except for driving around town.
