In June my husband and I bought a Yukon XL from this dealership. After 30 days I noticed the front two tires were showing wires on the inside California law states brakes and tires have to be at 75% for resale I called the dealership for over two months and no one returned my calls finally I filed two complaints with the BBB and after another few weeks I finally got someone who said I never paid for my plates and that they would look at it they refused to give owner information Diane basically lied to my husband and myself about the tags also we had to argue with them to fix it and when they replaced the front tires they replaced it with used cracked tires that leak. I insisted that there was a problem the car had rusted parts in engine compartment and also I insisted from one month of purchasing the car that it had been wrecked and they said no well the engine rust came from.not having the hood on while being fixed which can be proven by auto body shop who stated it had been wrecked but was not reported that is why the bumper did not have clear coat. Two days ago we had an accident due to the lack of vehicle inspection which they would have noticed there was no airbags and there was a problem with the tires. Not only are these people liars they could have killed my two children, my friend and myself. I would not recommend buying anything from them they are scammers, and commit fraud I just hired an attorney to sue them for selling a vehicle unsafe and for our injuries due to their lack of inspection which is required by law a safety inspection from any dealership if they would have fixed the problem instead of cut corners I would not be badly hurt or my child or passenger period. read more

Do not come here I repeat do not come here!!!!! First off let me give some background I came here looking to buy a better car so that I can assist myself in my job being that I am always driving around. I found a cool little luxury sedan. All was fine for about four months until the transmission went out. They are not returning my calls and are basically cutting me off. They will not refund my money nor will they accept the car back being that I have had it in my possession for four months and say that if I leave the car at the lot they will take it as a voluntary repossession and will not only keep my down payment, but also charge me if they don't make the money that they were going to make off of it. They are not willing to negotiate. Now I am stuck with a very expensive very ineffective paper weight. Now here is my warning to you the potential customer and maybe one of their next victims. They do not sell good cars here and are only looking to turn a quick profit on people regardless of whether the car is in good condition or not. WORST PLACE EVER!!! They buy used cars, put them on their lot with out getting them inspected. The car I got had water damage the second day due to the rain. My lug nuts on the tire were stripped and the CD played didn't work nor did the sun roof! Also the air vents to my car were just places in the car. Not glued down or properly put on. They told me to glue them my self. My personal belongings were destroyed in the car over night due to the rain. The manager wouldn't even consider Paying for them. The young lady's that work there mainly Diana has the worst attitude. In the process of signing my paper work I witness three different customers pull up to the office beyond up set. Two of the customers had to be held back from actually putting hands on The rude young lady's from their office. The owner also accept illegal ID's & DL's you just have to pay him off before hand. All of this I witnessed in my short time of doing business with them. I just advise if you have no knowledge of cars or you don't want to waste your time stressing this is the place to avoid. The manager is always on vacation, and never there to solve any customer Problems. Lastly they also currently have EIGHT cases submitted to the BBB from unsatisfied customers. They get away with a lot, simply because customers won't press the issue or get the law involved. Well sadly I just so happen to be able to afford a lawyer and we will get justice. Not only for my self but others that have been caught up in this horrible nightmare. OH, BY THE WAY THEY ALLOW YOU TO DRIVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT WITH NO INSURENCE. read more
