When I brought it in for a computer software update, they "found" $1000 worth of other work, and a $450 portion was to fix a sporadic clunking noise. It did not resolve the issue. I brought it back, and they diagnosed it differently, trying to deny that what they did the previous visit was intended to fix the sound (even though it was written clearly on the service report that they HAD fixed it). They said for $2000 more they could fix it. Aww, hell no. They gaslit me about their misdiagnosis, then wanted to charge AGAIN to re-diagnose it. Never again for anything not related to a recall. In fact, I won't buy a car from them again since my recently paid off one I have is useless except for driving around town.

The windshield washer fluid system doesn't work, the tire pressure was low, a light bulb was out, and the car shakes at around 65 mph. There is also a whining noise coming from the rear, the wheels vibrate, the transmission slips when slowing down, and the muffler sounds loose or abnormal. I returned to the dealership the very next day--I hadn't even had the car for 24 hours. I had put down a $3,000 deposit, and they kept $700 of it when I brought the vehicle back. In my experience, they were not honest about the condition of the car. I feel misled and would strongly caution others to inspect any vehicle thoroughly before doing business here.

The waiting area is peak and spacious. There are multiple tables you can sit at as well with wall outlets nearby if needed. His actions nearly lead to litigation. He denied a claim and refused to provide any substantial evidence to support that decision. If everyone at Honda were like Larry O'Brien, I would never have anything to do with the company. In addition, my contacting the main office in Torrance, California, was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a long time. I got such a runaround from them. I'm happy that I decided to go talk to Mr. Demetri. Fortunately, I think the problem will be resolved satisfactory due to him. Because it's not yet finished, I'm only giving four stars. Then I called Accurate Auto Body, inspired by their glowing reviews, and I can personally say they earned every one of them! Don, who does estimates, was incredible. He listened carefully to all my concerns, explained my options (including bumper replacement), and even advised me against additional repairs I was considering, telling me they just weren't worth the cost to me. Who does that in the auto body industry?! Don also went above and beyond to find an OEM bumper for me, transparently sharing the vendor details. He also agreed to touch up small paint chips on my doors and roof as part of the job without any additional cost! Wow! The new bumper looks fabulous!
