They have some dishes like sushi you can order, but I chose to make my own bowl. I chose my starch of Udon noodles, but you can also choose from a variety of starches like white rice, brown rice, and fried rice. Then you chose your vegetables, protein, sauces, and seasonings. I wish I had seen all the protein before I added my veggies! Nevertheless, I still created an amazing bowl with tomatoes, soybeans, bell peppers, bacon, egg, beef, ham, and other amazing things I can't think of at this very moment. I chose soy sauce as my seasoning to be safe since I didn't know what a lot of the other sauces were. My finished bowl was amazing! I could eat this everyday and not get bored of it!
