First time here so husband wanted to try a lot. If you plan to do that then ask for a double table. Tables for couples are small for normal two plate dates. We tried: Thai chicken wraps - good Farfalle pasta - good Old fashioned burger - not a lot of flavor Egg roll sampler - avocado just ok, cheeseburger was plain, texmex egg roll - very good, chicken taquito egg roll - very good Meatloaf - corn was really good, mashed potatoes were good, but the meatloaf was greasy Fried Mac and cheese balls were good but prob wouldn't get again. I am lactose intolerant but wanted to try the cheesecake. We took four slices home. Peach perfect - very good, fresh strawberry - very good (husband fav), I think Godiva chocolate - very good (my 2nd fav), and a Hershey chocolate - very good (my fav). Took days for us to eat because they are big slices and rich. They package everything nicely for you to take home. Wait staff were super friendly as well. We will be back to try more of this very extensive menu.

She was told the wait was about 30 to 40 minutes. Of course we waited and understood the wait time being that it was the weekend. Not so good... She was then told they are waiting for servers. Hmmm Standing there hearing their hostess say that to the other customers made believe Cheesecake Factory turned away business. I witnessed families with children that left the restaurant and most likely found other places to dine. The good... Our waitress was efficient with our service. She checked in on our table, making sure our drinks were filled and food was good. Not so good... My sister ordered the Lemon garlic shrimp pasta. She noticed the shrimp didn't taste right. We mentioned it to our waitress, she knew exactly what we were talking about. The good.. The waitress asked if she wanted her meal replaced with another dish. Our waitress had gladly taken it and replaced my sister's meal with the shrimp scampi. That my sister requested. The good... Our family enjoyed our lunch, portions are generous we were all to stuffed. We ordered our cheesecakes to go. I ordered the lemon raspberry cheesecake cake. Which highly recommend. They have a simple menu; cheesesteaks and french fries, but that's all you need when they do it well. The joint was being run by the two brothers who own it and they were both warm and welcoming. With no hesitation, they suggested that they add all the fixings to our sandwich, which was the right choice. A little spicy, super flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. When I first arrived, there were several employees behind the counter and I was the first customer there, so I was confused why my prepaid online order, which should have been first in line, wasn't being prepared. Ordering ahead ended up taking much longer than if I had just ordered in person, which was really disappointing. Also sandwich bread was chewy and hard to eat, almost felt stale. Store was very clean. Just not sure if I would try this place again though.

Growing up with Capriotti's back in Delaware, the rolls were a huge part of what made the sandwiches special. The rolls at this location just aren't the same. They're soft and remind me more of the standard hoagie rolls you can pick up at a supermarket rather than the distinctive rolls I remember from back home. Overall, the ingredients are fresh and the service was good, but the lack of seasoning and the difference in the bread keep this from being the Capriotti's experience I was hoping for. Not a bad sandwich by any means, just not quite what I remember from Delaware.
