I then noticed it was back again this morning! I looked up the name on Instagram and found out they were serving up Mexican food! My hubby loves Mexican so we had to try it out. There's nothing wrong with boiling as long as the skin and fat come through as crispy. The skin was crispy, but the fat wasn't. Perhaps, they just need to fry it a little more.
