I've been looking for a good spot to try out Hawaiian food and I'm so glad I stopped by Onolicious. Their spam musubi is so flavorful, I had to order some for to-go to bring back home. My aunt and I enjoyed the loco moco and the chicken katsu plate with some cocktails. The service was good and the people are so nice there. If you've been craving some hawaiian cuisine, I definitely recommend trying Onolicious Hawaii out!

First time trying Hawaiian food, and Onolicious did a really great job! The food, service, and ambiance were all amazing. I went with the combo plate which allows you to choose 2/3 meats and a side and comes with rice. The shoyu chicken was really good whereas the katsu pork was just okay. Lumpia was also good. Service was also very friendly and helpful, and the swings that they had in the restaurant were fun. Definitely will be back.

Hawai'ian food isn't my top pick, but this place was lovely. Parking nearby, plenty of seating & a staff that really takes good care of you. The Musubi was very nice and the loco-moco was excellent. (I'd recommend the 1/2 order.....the full was simply too much for me) Walnut street area really getting nice these days.....lots of good choices. Will definitely be back to experience more of the menu & enjoy the good vibe of the place.

No need to make reservations - ample seating. They have a great extensive menu. We ordered a lot of different plates to try the proteins - one point off for the saltiness - felt way too salty for me. One thing I love is that I ordered a pina colada and they had extra in the blender so they'll give you the extra!

WOW. My husband and I were looking for a good lunch spot while spending the day in Cincinnati and thought we would try something different. Onolicious Hawaii was the perfect spot for that. This place is adorable and makes you feel like you are sitting right on the beach of Hawaii. There are swinging chairs, videos of surfing on the wall and a little tiki patio outside. You place your order through the QR code on the table, which made everything quick and efficient. This was also nice because they have such a large menu, so I didn't feel rushed getting to look through it all. I tried the huli huli katsu chicken with rice and potato salad, and man... it was so good! The sauce was a very sweet bbq and the chicken was so crispy. This is probably one of my favorite Hawaiian restaurants that I've been to! You gotta check it out!

I've been a fan of Onolicious since it was at Oakley food kitchen! Authentically delicious Hawaiian food, the best customer service and a cute spot of its own- what's not to love?!

10 out of 10!! Food was amazing! If you're missing a taste of aloha or have never tried it, it's a must go! It might be even better than food I ate while in Hawaii, but definitely has the Hawaiian flavor. It was like high end Hawaiian... the lumpia, char siu, Huli huli chicken and kalbi ribs were delicious! We'll def be back!!

While visiting Cincinnati on a work trip, I ordered Onolicious Hawaii through door dash to my hotel. It was super easy to place the order online. I got the Lanikai Lumpia (spring roll). They were really good! Nice and crispy with delicious vegan filling of red cabbage, carrots, green beans, onions, ginger & garlic! I dipped them in the sweet chili sauce - yum! I also got the hamburger steak plate with rice and house chips. The portion size was large. The hamburger steak was really good. I enjoyed the gravy. I also really liked the house chips - they were nice and thin. Overall, the meal was great! I'd definitely recommend it.

Incredibly delicious Hawaiian food served in a vibrant restaurant with colorful decor and tables. (highly recommend loco moco) We got to try the poco moco. It's a beef patty covered in a mushroom gravy sauce served with a yolky egg over rice. Now I wouldn't call myself a mushroom lover but trust me if you're worried it's going to overpower the dish it won't. It's balanced perfectly in the dish but of course if you hate mushrooms then I'd recommend something else. This dish felt like eating a home cooked meal! I also got to try their mauna kea chicken which is juicy chicken covered in panko, fried to perfection. Glazed in what I would describe is like a hot honey glaze. It has a very subtle flavor, hints of that butter, slightly tangy with a bit of a kick. My favorite though is the wagyu teriyaki. Now you're probably thinking chicken teriyaki but this isn't quite like that. I'm a huge fan of japanese bbq, I'm super picky. This is amazing not overly sweet, meat is super tender, with hints of fat melting in your mouth. I would order this all the time if I could. Overall great vibes, very reasonably priced food for how delicious and generous the portions are, plenty of seating, very clean. Def. recommend the loco moco and wagyu teriyaki, everything on their menu looks really good and worth the try!

First time eating at a Hawaii restaurant. The ordering system is really user friendly as you can order everything from your phone. Overall I was pleased with the food and service.

Good vibes and flavors. Visited on a Friday night and placed a dine in order. The food was at the table in about 10 minutes and the mains were both wonderful. The Mauna Kea Chicken Katsu was perfectly described on the menu: sweet, spicy and buttery. Loved it! My wife's Kalua Pig Plate looked so good that I had to try it, and darn it if it wasn't tender and soaked in a savory sauce that almost made me second guess getting the chicken. On the side of each dish were two scoops of white rice and the option to choose another side. Flip a coin between the Mac salad and the potato salad as neither stood out other than in comparison to the rice. But the mains are where it's at!

Service was quick and very friendly. You can feel and taste how much they love Hawaiian cuisine. We love the house Kona coffee, kahlua pork, lumpia, and spam musubi. The ambiance is casual, and relaxed, but I would feel just as comfortable here on a business lunch, a date night, or after a workout. I love the contemporary Hawaiian soundtrack.

This restaurant is so fun and cute, and has some swing seats! I appreciated all the veggie options. The vegan lumpia was amazing, as was the dessert sweet potato lumpia! Server was really nice!

Is this a carry out only or a dine in restaurants?

Last time I went you could dine in. It's a decent sized restaurant now at their new location.

Will the beef stick plate be back on the menu anytime soon?

Are you BYOB or do you serve drinks?

There is a great full service bar here

Hi! is the chicken gluten and dairy free?

Unfortunately we use shoyo and that has soy. It is dairy free though

If you are not expecting it, it can be a shock for sure. He would frequently check in on us and make small talk, give us recommendations on the menu, how to order, even so far as to grab our stone bowls after they were served to stir them. For me, it was overbearing and I was not a fan of someone touching utensils after we were served without asking but I ended up still giving 5 stars because he meant well. Right after he continued bringing dumplings and serving them to us just to be nice! No additional charge, and he would've continued making them unless we refused after bringing 2 whole orders. When he learned it was our friends birthday he brought out moonpies and a bag of some korean snack just for her, even though they dont have dessert on the menu. Even as you walk in, you'll notice from the decore that is very much a small business. You have a button to press to notify the owner you're there, get drinks, and a QR code to order. That being said the service is very timely, high quality fresh food comes out super hot, and he was very nice. Be aware of the social experience because that is a big part of the restaurant. Can be a positive or negative depending on your what you like.
