Wow, I could spend all day here, the selection is really something else. Alone the Hermes selection in the back room took my breath away. In a vault really, they put on white gloves to touch the purses, prices are about the same as those for a car, yikes. Huge selection of every designer you can imagine, much better than any consignment store I have been to. Quality and assortment is top notch, but sadly so are the prices, really much higher than any consignment store as well. While I value designer items and I know they last and will be with you a life time, I feel the prices are retail and passed on purchasing anything. Tip- They have an outlet in Irvine with amazing prices and sell items that did not sell right away here or are not in immaculate condition so that I come here just to browse and dream, still a fantastic store for any couture loving woman with stellar service, worth a look. read more

FAKE!! They Misrepresent products Fake leather boots!!! Came here when I had some time to kill. Picked up a pair of Marc Fisher boots for $75. Tag on bottom of boot states leather. The boots are not leather once I looked at the inside of boot and leather when I looked them up online. So buyer beware. Thank God I didn't buy a bag there. Wouldn't be surprised. Such a great shopping experience. Long story short, I actually won a gift card on Instagram. Every week they randomly choose a follower during their live shopping experiences and I was chosen! Even better, the day before my birthday. I fell in love with One of the bags from the live and went into the store as soon as I could. I was welcomed by Kirsten and she showed me the bag I was lookin for, Tried it on and SOLD! Eddie was so welcoming as well. Even though I found a bag without really looking they didn't rush me out at all. Actually encouraged me to hang out. They are such a cute couple! My friends and I shopped there last weekend and it was amazing, they offered us wine and helped us like we were famous. Yaaay! Suffice it to say we did some damage in this store. I came in today and they were soo nice when I walked in . Customer service was on point . I was offered refreshments and seating . Eddie was the main person I spoke too , and he was very fair . He gave me a good price for my LV purse that my mother in law gave me . And even accepted a small Prada wallet I offered . I purchased a vintage LV Pochette from On Que Style via Tradesy after reviewing the positive reviews here on Yelp. This was done right around Thanksgiving. Up to now, the product has not been shipped and my messages on Tradesy to the boutique were unanswered. I contacted Tradesy customer service who were also unsuccessfull in getting in touch with Kirsten or whoever is working at On Que Style. Due to this they refunded 100% of the purchase instead of the usual Tradesy credit they advertise. I have to say that I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism by On Que Style who is considered a "Pro Seller" and I am happy that Tradesy has stated they will be reviewing this seller. Terrible service. Wanted to sell my product to them and I called three times, was instructed to send my product to their owner via text. He never responded. So I had to call their """"buyer""" back. Their ""buyer"" uses eBay to decide what they will buy your product for. My $2500 bag that was BRAND new was only worth $1300 (only giving me 600$) to them, even though it is sold on the designer website currently for 2400.
