Ontrac is total garbage. They constantly act like my po box, which has packaging receiving, cannot accept packages because they are "closed". OnTrac is the absolutely worst delivery service compared to UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon and any other companies. OnTrac drivers do not know how to deliver packages for secured complex, like gated communities and locked apartments. On the other hand, all other drivers know how to get in the community property or how to get the locked door opened by communicating with apartment security or other way around. One time OnTrac left my package on the street by the apartment complex in rain. Yesterday, Saturday, OnTrac couldn't figure out how to get in my gated community from the side entrance instead of closed main gate. Every other drivers know how to come in from the side entrance on weekends. We received packages 7 days a week from all other delivery services. I filed a police report against OnTrac several years ago when their driver stole my package. Placed an order with a retail company who uses OnTrac to ship. I have been at my apartment waiting for it to deliver all evening and at 11:00 I had a knock at my apartment door from a neighbor who found my package outside on the complex steps. (We have a video keybox for remote entry that calls us to let handlers in for deliveries). No one even attempted to call for access/delivery, which takes 30 seconds. Instead, they left my package outside in a busy city. Thankfully my neighbor saw and dropped it off, otherwise this expensive purchase would have been stolen for sure. The delivery driver apparently delivered a box that was smashed in half of its original size. Per the blurry photo that showed it was "delivered" prior to the delivery driver stealing it after "delivery" the box was smashed in half. The star that is typically on side of box in center of box, was smashed to half of the star! So the box was literally squished in half. However I'll not know how the merch was due to the driver stealing my package. I've never had mail theft at my house and also work from home. They stole my $309 Macy's order! OK first of all let me start off by saying the two photos I attached are just two of the Ontrac screw ups in the last 30 days. However that doesn't begin to scratch the surface of the on going problem i have had trying to get ANYTHING delivered from this company. So as per the aforementioned photos, the first package that I got within the last month was from Victoria's Secret. The items were supposed to be delivered on August 30 it ended up being "delivered "on August 31. I did see the delivery driver pull up in front of my house still in the street, in an unmarked white van, get out of his van dig around in the back and then get back into his van then use my driveway to back up into and takeoff in the opposite direction not leaving a package on my doorstep. As you can see from the photo it was marked at 10:01 PM delivered. I have cameras on my house, and the cameras indicate him pulling up to my house at 8:05 PM leaving at 8:06 PM and never returning back. When I called Ontrac about this which was immediately after he backed up into my driveway and then left because I had not only seen it on my security camera but also through my front window which was open and I was sitting on my couch in the living room. So I called Ontrac and said why did your driver just pull up and then leave with out dropping off my package? they sent him a pager to tell him he was at the right address and yet he never returned btwo hours later he "delivered" my package supposedly to my house two hours later. What I think happened is that he saw that it was a package from Victoria's Secret and he decided to steal it for his girlfriend or to sell it on Facebook marketplace. That order was all the last ones left so I couldn't even re-order what I had ordered it was over $300 worth of bras and underwear. Now +30 days later I have ordered another order from a different company, referring to the photo my package was lost for two weeks, and is now just sitting at some Seattle destination warehouse when I called customer service they said that they were unable to tell me which one it is and then I will just have to wait for that warehouse to contact me for when I can come and pick it up boy am I glad that I called and asked about my package that was supposed to be marked for me to be picking it up at the facility because according to Ontrac because all my package had been lost they had marked it for redelivery not for me to pick it up there as previously mentioned I do not want him on track to try to " deliver "my package to my home because I do not want another $400 order to magically go missing with no one being held accountable and may not be able to get any of my items. This isn't the first incident this isn't the second incident this is probably the 15th or 16th incident that I have had an issue with Ontrac. I ordered Sephora I have Sephora two day flash shipping subscription I'm also a Sephora rouge member, so being that I have those additional perks from Sephora I tend to get a little you know samples or my rewards bizarre things in my packages on top of whatever I've ordered I have had my Sephora orders opened every single time I've ordered online and I've had some thing stolen if not all of it besides my samples of my rewards bizarre things. We are talking I have had $68 foundation stolen face creams skin care all of that magically disappearing from a Sephora order I do not think in the slightest Sephora would package an empty box with just samples and still charge me for these items the only logical explanation for why my package is missing its items is because someone at Ontrac theater which ever facility it is wax to open packages that are marked with specific stores and take things out of them I can understand how that could be a lucrative business but Ontrac you need to make a change stop hiring felons or shady people that can't pass a background check. Thank God Sephora albeit at an extra charge re-ships via another shipping service the stolen items by this crappy company. I honestly do not understand how they are still in business. I guess they were wrong about meteorologists being the only job you can be 85% inaccurate on and still keep your job, ontrac has proved there are two. read more

I had 4 packages marked "delivered" but I never received in the past 7days. I contacted OnTrac customer service and only once were they able to change the status from "delivered" to "lost-contact shipper". I found out the OnTrac delivery tracking program thinks that a package must have been delivered when it sits for 7 days so changes the status from "date changed" to "delivered". You can tell when this happens because there is no "out for delivery" status before being "delivered". It also seems (depending on the number of packages) that your delivery time will be 5:02PM or 5:03PM. The last time I contacted OnTrac customer service they said that this is a known bug and there is nothing they can do about it. They told me to contact the shipper. Unfortunately most shippers require you to wait 24-48 hours after "delivery" before you can file for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately the first time this happened I thought it was a glitch so I'm getting the products delivered again -- by OnTrac. read more

I disappointed that I have to give them 1 star. absolutely the WORST delivery service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. this is the 5th time they have Mis-Delivered (NEVER RECEIVED) a package. this was a delivery from Home Chef which perishable and time sensitive, NOT only did they NOT deliver to me, but to a wrong address all together. I've tried calling and speaking with multiple people including supervisors who refuse to correct my address in their system. They must use an OLD GPS system, addresses are SIMILAR, but deliver to the WRONG address when their GPS is used. I have tried and tried to give delivery instructions with cross streets and they NEVER follow them. just spoke with a supervisor who absolutely REFUSED listen, was nasty, RUDE and spoke over me. I order through an online retailer and they use Ontrac, I have never had an ontime delivery with them or a decent experience. If you email them to complain, they will just send your package back so you have to wait longer for it, take more days off of work, and they won't do anything about their employees lying about non-existent delivery attempts. Customer service is a joke, a very bad one. No one seems to take any type of accountability. I am filing a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General and have already filed a complaint with the BBB, my next steps are to file a claim against them in small claims court, each day I take off of work is 180.00 lost and then I try to spend hours on the phone just getting what I ordered and paid for. The email I got says that it was signed for: at front door. Ontrac is hands down the worst delivery service I've ever experienced. Their drivers have placed packages in a drainage ditch below our home, on the side of the road, and on a rock near a neighbor's home, but only once in 26 deliveries, have they delivered a package to our doorstep. We live in a fairly safe neighborhood, but today I'm writing this review because a package was finally stolen after being laid by the side of the road. We live in a residential neighborhood with a paved, ungated driveway and have never experienced access issues with FedEx, Amazon, USPS, UPS. We have a ring doorbell and both of us work from home. Our dogs bark and alert us when someone drives up the driveway. We have caught Ontrac drivers in blatant lies, saying they have delivered packages to our doorstep, when in fact a delivery truck never approached our home. A few months ago, a driver flat out refused to come to our house to deliver a package and after hours on the phone with customer service, the driver's local manager called to let me know he'd be back after 8:00 P.M. to deliver the package. The driver showed up and refused to drive up our paved driveway, instead, telling me that if I wanted the package I could meet him at the road. He didn't wear a mask during our interaction and handed me a wet box. It was my wedding veil. I've spent hours on hold and speaking with their customer service staff, who are polite and professional. I'm guessing Ontrac must not pay their delivery drivers well, because they have very little respect for the work they do or the customers they serve. My greatest wish is to never have to call them again. Ontrac sadly delivers for Nordstrom, so I have been unable to discontinue my customer relationship with them. read more

Many companies in the West are using Ontrac and when I receive shipping confirmation - it is a big sigh. This company must be offering deep shipping discounts because the dependability is very poor. I had 7 packages all sitting in the Fife warehouse for weeks. Delay after delay then finally says on truck for delivery then another 3-4 day delay. Everyone understands slight delays but this is ridiculous. The customer service agents are pleasant and try to be helpful.
