DO NOT USE ONTRAC!!!!! My food delivery was 3 days late and they were instructed to throw the package away. I even called to ensure they would not deliver a spoiled box of groceries. They did anyway. After EIGHT PHONE CALLS to customer service, several escalations, multiple missed pickups, and ZERO follow up, I still have a box of spoiled food on my porch after a week that I don't have room to throw away. They will not transfer me to speak to a supervisor, and there is apparently nothing more they can do then send an escalation email (apparently they can't call a manager at this facility directly). Our package was supposed to be delivered on November 24th, it is now December 4th and the latest update is now December 8th. According to their own tracking number, it's been sitting in Fife since November 23rd. Their call center must be extremely busy since you wait on hold for what seems like an eternity. Beware of buying anything through Home Depot if they are using this company to ship your item. Now that we know, we will never order another item on line through Home Depot again. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Your package will sit at their facility for at least a week before it gets delivered. I have one last package that they seem to be holding hostage. They've had it for 9 days so far. Their online tracking says it was delivered 4 days ago. Then, 3 days ago it was loaded onto a vehicle for delivery. Yesterday the company that I actually ordered from had to call and it turns out that was all a mistake. It was not actually delivered nor was it out for delivery. They were going to deliver it that day (yesterday). Here we are the next day after 6pm still with no package. Companies need to stop using them as a delivery service! read more

Well, I finally received one order and one half of the other. Why they would only send half the order when tracking shows both pieces were there at the warehouse is beyond me. Apparently, shit-talking them on Twitter worked. I actually did Google Earth my home and send them a screen shot. When the packages were delivered, they had taped photocopies to them, presumably so the driver could figure out which of the three houses on my street was the right one. I shop almost exclusively on-line. My daughter loves hot topic. Their website is the worst I've ever used. And now, they use OnTrac! My package has been sitting in Seattle for 5 days. Ontrac's 'live chat' feature doesn't work-literally! They do not respond to emails and after holding 30minutes, I spoke a a human and she acknowledged my package was in Seattle but, she didn't try contacting anyone, just the lazy type. She said she would submit a ticket and since it was morning(here), I'll hear back that day to get an ETA. She said, probably 5-7days... this is after being 4 days past the original arrival date. No one called me. Today, I looked at tracking and it's magically on it's way this morning. I think they use fed ex to deliver here. I will NEVER order from Hot topic again. Literally the worst. My package has been sitting in "Tacoma" (Fife) for 2 weeks, less than 18 miles from my house, and all they say when I call is that they are backed up in this location and not to expect it anytime soon even though everyday they update it to say it will be delivered the next day. The non descript vans and the drivers are so sketchy. Every package I've had delivered has literally been thrown, not placed, on my porch and left exposed to whomever walks by. No knocking. No attempt to hide the package. No package care. Third world delivery service. Avoid! read more

I am so disappointed with this delivery company. I have had several shipments being sent to me and the vendor has had to declare the shipment "lost" and issued me a refund. This is so sad. The tracking shows that the shipment has been sitting in a facility only 20 minutes from me..but never gets delivered. read more

If I could give a zero star, i would. I have been waiting for a package delivery since Jan 3. It's been in OnTrac's hands since 9 January in my city! Original delivery was 12 January. It's now 27 January and still says Delivery Delayed. I realize it's not 2-day or even 3-day delivery, but it's been a minute and the package has been local for 18 days. When calling customer support they don't have any ability to see details, flag the package, or arrange for local pickup. I was told I have to wait. read more

People weren't kidding then they said this was the worst delivery service out there. Our package was supposed to be delivered to us one day and as we are tracking it online, it just showed stuck at the facilities for days. Then miraculously it showed delivered one day and it never was delivered. We work from home and never saw the truck or had our door knocked on or had a package at our door step. We have cameras outside and there is no trace of anyone or anything. Turns out, someone in the facility had stolen the package as we ended up seeing the exact same bundle of items online, nearby on Facebook market. We reached out to corporate and all they could tell us was that they were "looking into it". Appreciated the help but in the end, it really was not helpful. If someone internal is stealing packages, they should be fired. read more

On March 12, 2020, at 2:11 pm, OnTrac delivered a package from Chewy.com to my home. The driver literally THREW the package onto my porch. The event was captured on my doorbell camera and my home camera security system. On March 13, 2020, at 11:35 am, the same driver from OnTrac delivered a package from ButcherBox to my home. The driver literally DROPPED, from nearly chest high, the roughly 20-pound package onto my porch. Again, the event was captured on my doorbell camera and my home camera security system. I filed a complaint with Chewy.com and ButcherBox about the incidents. I filed a written complaint with OnTrac through their website, they refused to respond. It is noteworthy that the OnTrac vehicle used to deliver my package was a white, unmarked truck-style van. The driver did not appear to wear a uniform. It was difficult to identify the company without contacting the companies from which the orders were shipped then locating the unusual tracking number on the individual packages. read more

They are using weather problems on the east coast to justify being several weeks late on a shipment going from California to Washington State. On top of that they suggested that I come to their facility 30 miles away from my house to pick my package up from their hub, or I'd have to wait an additional week to have it delivered those last 30 miles to my location. The most frustrating part is that I ordered another package from the same exact supplier, 2 days after this shipment was sent, and have already received that latter shipment from them today! So clearly their excuse of weather delays doesn't fly when they were able to deliver a package coming from the same facility going to me at the same location, within 3 days! How they determined it would fly to try to use weather on the east coast to justify their incompetence on a West Coast shipment that was nowhere near any severe weather, is clearly not their finest customer service hour. 3 packaged coming from and going to the same location, sent within 48 hours, and the last one shipped has arrived, while the first has made it to their local hub 30 miles from me, and the whereabouts of the second shipment is somewhere in the city of origin still, with no estimation of its arrival, 5 days after being shipped. Snow in Boston doesn't affect shoes traveling from LAX to Seattle! Less excuses, more organization and accountability... read more

Just like this gentleman I am also a former ontrac driver in california. Even though I moved on to a new career and a new place, I decided to stay but as a customer. I am disappointed with the service I got. It's ok if you don't get to me, I understand and willing to wait but DO NOT scan delivered when nothing was delivered. read more
