Very cute! We took the drive up to Ooga in Beaver Dam and enjoyed tasting their variety of animal and gadget named beers. We loved the coffee (local!) infused blonde ale, and plan to be back for more. Their space is inviting, with both outdoor and indoor seating, and you've got a few snacks food items to choose from. Pair that with dinner at a nearby restaurant on the Main Street and you've got a great summer night.

Certainly love OOGA! This is an amazing place to just kick back and enjoy a cold brewed beer. Staff members are hardworking, welcoming, and friendly people, so don't be afraid to ask for a sample of their beer! The atmosphere is great, with sunlight illuminating the building- which I like. There is also outdoor seating. The beers are super unique and delicious! They have a pretty extensive drink menu with all their brewed beer only, so no brand-named beers. There is a food menu that I have yet to order from. If you love beer and relaxing, OOGA is the place for you.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place! It's in the middle of a small town but it's a beautiful brewery. Their patio has tons of seating with heaters and fire pits for the winter. Inside, there are board games to help keep you entertained. Their craft beer is excellent. Small food menu too!

I enjoyed the beers, and the building is a nice reuse of an existing space, the decor and seating feels just right. I want to return.

Great beer and friendly service! They have outdoor seating and are very conscientious about keeping folks safe during these crazy times! Definitely recommend!

Surprised that a place like this exists in Beaver Dam. A brewery with actually palatable beer. The selection was also surprising, scotch ale, stout, and IPAs amongst the typical ales. The beers actually had depth and didn't taste like your typical home-brewer, watered down variety. Color me impresssed.

Funky old gas station redo. Colorful with a good variety of tasty beer options. Limited food but I think you don't come here for that.

I almost forgot - Holla - which is a traditional American Cream Ale that has a very interesting twist of Jalapeño.

In what seems like a myriad of townie bars, Brewed Omen is a diamond in the rough! I'm so glad that downtown Hartford is upgrading with places like this! As you descend the entry stairs, you are greeted with a glowing red sign that marks the spot and sets the classy, yet devilish theme of the brewpub. The space itself was cozy, yet cool with exposed brick and ambiant finishes. Plenty of different style seating...couches, high tops, a patio, and bartop. Service was great during our entire stay! The beer menu was very diverse, and after chatting with the bartender, is constantly changing! In a smalltown world of Bud Light and Miller Lite, I was excited to find some unique craft beers! Priced appropriately as well! We didn't get any food but the pretzel looked yummy and massive! We can't wait to make this a regular spot on our few trips home to see family each year!

I had a Thai chicken soup and the Hartford Hot sandwich, which were both really good. The kids got some kind of pizza with brisket on it that was really good, and definitely enough for the two of them to share. They have a great patio on the river, so I would definitely love to check this place out next time we're in town and there's not an event going on.

Excitement filled me as i aloud said "yasss can chat you up! Hello my 381st brewery!" I was warmly welcomed by friendly & knowledgable beertender Mikey. Staff Stephanie was nearby too. Mikey built me a flight. After making my way partially through the flight & beery chat, Mikey poured me a sample of Charlotte's Revenge Scotch Ale. Mmmmm so good!!! Of my flight, none of the six would i not order again but the Maibock was my victor!! Watch out for My Sophia....she is sly @ an easy drinking 9%. Mikey poured me a blue eyed blonde while telling me it was named for the owners wife. Boom....a few minutes later Mikey "thats the blue eyed blonde behind you". They had a brick oven but we didn't even discuss food. Mikey said they just celebrated 10 years last week, March 4th. They were originally right across the street as Mikey rattled off the store names where they were. Time got away from me so i didnt look @ merch. Thats my second visits task. I really like the tap room!! Spacious, lots of natural light, the exposed brick wall, the kitchen right there and a really big bar. The brew house just outside the tap room. I like the Wisconsin shaped flight paddles. When looking @ my flight list i asked the order? Mikey pointed out there is a tiny "map" on the sheet! I appreciated that w all the rising prices Knuth still offers a reasonable flight of $2 pours! I asked Mikey how to pronounce Knuth? Then forgot to ask its definition or how the owner came up w the name? Knuth checks all the boxes! Delicious beer, fantastic staff, comfortable digs, easy parking & just an all around good vibe! Thanks Mikey & Knuth for providing such a delicious & great experience; looking forward to my next visit, cheers!

While its name implies a heavy beer presence, they have a very expansive and impressive bourbon and rye lineup, which is nicely priced. They also have a cool collection of old bourbon barrels from local and KY distilleries. The food menu is more or less what one would expect from a WI brewpub. We had Brussels and a sausage and mushroom pizza. Skipped the basal added garlic. Both were decent but for my taste under seasoned. The staff were really nice and helpful. It's worth checking out and I'd likely go back.

I will continue to frequent Full Mile and just not order the fish fry. Which brings me to the point that I really disliked the fish fry. We started with an order of cheese curds because a friend said they were her favorite in the area. Good, gooey white cheese but I actually did not love the breading. It felt like the same breading used on the fish and I thought it was greasy and without flavor. Definitely not a fan, but obviously many others are. The fish was very large, and two pieces was enough for leftovers (usually I need 3 pieces for leftovers). But again, I thought the beer batter/breading was greasy and not very flavorful. The fish fry also comes with the saddest excuse of a lemon wedge. It was so small I had to jam my finger into the flesh of the lemon just to try and get some juice to fall. So that was another blow to the fish flavor. But just because I don't like their fish fry doesn't mean I won't be back. My 4-star rating remains. I like their other food and it is definitely worth checking out for yourself to decide.

Tyranena Painted Ladies Pumpkin Spice Ale: Although I've become less of a beer guy since my college…read moredays, I like to try at least one new pumpkin beer each fall. Tyranena was founded in Lake Mills, WI by Rob Larson in 1999. Although that's within my lifetime, it was well before my beer drinking days. Painted Ladies Pumpkin Spice Ale (PLPSA) comes in at an above average 7.25% ABV with an IBU of 22. The bottle depicts multiple pumpkins painted with makeup to resemble women. The term "Painted Ladies" has a few different meanings. It was chosen for Lake Mill's "The Painted Ladies Fling" because the word is often used for Victorian and Edwardian buildings that are painted in ways that help to enhance their architectural details. The fling helps to highlight business and building owners who have embellished and enhanced their buildings throughout the year. Alternatively, it can be used as a synonym for prostitute, and that's why it was chosen for this ale as some of the more adventurous women in Lake Mills dress as painted ladies during the Fling event. PLPSA is an amber ale that pours an opaque copper color with surprisingly little head. There are notes of caramel and toffee, along with pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove). I found this to be an easy beer to drink as the none of the flavors were overly pronounced (although this could also be a criticism for some). I would say it's a relatively average pumpkin beer, but that's high praise from someone who doesn't drink much beer. Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews My favorite Pumpkin Beers: 1. Southern Tier Pumking Imperial Ale 2. Saint Arnold Pumpkinator Imperial Stout 3. New Belgium Pumpkick Ale 4. Cold Brew Coffee Pumking Nitro 5. Jack-O Traveler Pumpkin Shandy
