Both the açaí and mango bases are sweet, which I love, but I could imagine pairing a less sweet base, like the banana, with a more sweet base like mango. I'll have to try that next time. Which brings me to point two: somehow these 16 ounce shakes are only about 230 calories, with 24 grams of protein and relatively low carbs. How is this possible? I'll just assume it's magic and enjoy these delicious shakes. Things to consider though: -The price is ridiculous. After tax it is $7.83 for a shake, plus the screen asks for a tip. So nearly $9 for a protein shake is excessive, even for Falmouth. -There are most likely loads of artificial ingredients to make these taste so good. I don't personally care, but you might. -Surprisingly the calories are not listed on the menu boards for any items. The owner explained the shakes to me, but this is odd. There are protein iced coffees, workout teas and smoothie bowls I'd like to try as well, but for now, I'll be dreaming of my next shake.

The thing that really bugged me is that the person cooking at the stove, and apparently managing the kitchen, has very very long thick curly hair nearly down to her waist . . She was wearing a headband, but her hair flowing out both sides over her arms. It just didn't look good for restaurant workers. There was a nice girl at the front register and she had her hair up in a bun , which was appropriate. Another girl doing dishes and sweeping , had shoulder length hair pulled back, , with a baseball cap on. It was disappointing that I had to be concerned about this , It didn't fill me with confidence about eating there.
