Mark from OceanHead came out, inspected our property, and said his company could get the job done and operational well before the deadline. We did a change of contractor and in just 2 months OceanHead got HOA and HECO approval and installed the system at a lower cost and higher wattage than the previous solar company proposed. Very fast turn around, excellent communication, and no issues whatsoever with our system (14 panels, Tesla Powerwall and level 2 charger).

Which is honestly a bummer because if they had seasoned Bill's Fish & Chips... dude... it would've easily been the best we've ever had! The other day, my family stopped by Mililani Restaurant after my son recommend the fish & chips. Since I'm a sucker for variety - and I hadn't eaten here in about 20 years - I also ordered the Mini Fried Saimin and Mini Korean Chicken. I love seeing each restaurant's take on these local favorites. Bill's Fish & Chips: WOW. The full order is HUGE! You get three giant pieces of cod over a mountain of shoestring fries. The fish was cooked beautifully - super crispy on the outside while staying moist and flaky inside. But oh Lord... it needed salt! The fries had a great crisp too, although they did have that darker, old-oil flavor that was a little hard to ignore. Since I'm a foodie who likes to come prepared, I happened to have lemon wedges with me lol!... and man, did that take the fish to another level. Hey, don't judge! (I'm pretty sure my family was embarrassed... but ask me if I care. Hahaha! Jk... kinda.) Our order was accurate, and the prices felt fair for the amount of food you get. They definitely have a great variety for a neighborhood plate lunch spot. Would we make the drive all the way from Ewa Beach just for this? Probably not. But if we're already in the area, we'd absolutely stop by again. This place really fell off since the last time I've been here. When I left for work over 10 years…read moreago this was easily the best ramen in Mililani and a staple with my family and I. When we both tried it twice for lunch each time was a cliff dive from its former glory. For starters the noodles were so lightly portioned and only one fish cake and no chia siu was a fireable offense. Instead we all got tons of bean sprouts with no flavor in the broth that used to be thick and teeming with flavor. Now we never tried the bakery ever and I know it's the thing that gets great reviews today but still the food is the main draw for most and this is terrible. On top of that a combo that used to be 11 somehow became 20 over 5 years with no value added. I'll not be bringing my family here moving forward without some sort of improvement whatsoever.
