He went above and beyond to not only on trying to sell but asked the right questions and was very friendly and NOT pushy like lots of typical sales people. He heard our demands and met them by giving us different options that fit our budget. Branded options if I didn't say... Original prices were mod to high but they offered a hell of a discount I couldn't refuse and still walked out with an affordable cost including the delivery and installation. It was such a great experience and cost that we decided to buy another fridge and return the previous one we bought from a different company/vendor; saving us money and having better performing branded appliances. Looking at my previous receipt from 2020 it turned out Tim was the same technician that helped me back in 2020.
