We were in need of a new range and a dishwasher. We went to the Dave's in Westminster and several other appliance stores. We had all of our Consumer Report's notes to narrow search and it turned out that the Dave's in Anaheim had the second highest rated dishwasher! Both times I came in Daniel greeted us and showed us where to look. The discount he let us know right away and that the selection of ranges was very limited. Daniel completed the sale and was wonderful to deal with. No high pressure here. The discount at this store is better than the one in Westminster, but Westminster has a larger selection and more shipments. I might add that when I came to pick it up it was all wrapped and ready to go. We will be purchasing a new refrigerator next autumn and you can bet this is the first place I will look. read more

We purchased a GE washer and dryer during their grand opening, and got a great deal. The entire staff was kind and knowledgeable, even though we showed up seriously 5 minutes before they closed. We thanked them for their time and left on that night. Called back a few days later to say we'd be in that weekend, but wanted to secure the items for weekend pick-up. They placed "sold" signs on the washer and dryer. Saturday afternoon I showed up, paid for the items, and they helped me load the washer and dryer into my truck. Bought our first appliance at Dave's earlier this week. The Anaheim location was clean and easy to navigate, sales person was helpful and nit pushy. Purchased a washing machine and was out of the store in 15 minutes. We agreed upon a Saturday delivery between the hours of 730 and 9:30 AM. After the purchase I received a text message confirming the details of my purchase. On Friday the day before my schedule delivery I received both a phone call and a text message confirming the hours of my delivery. The morning of my delivery I received another phone call and text message with a shorter time window. The delivery team showed up at the agreed-upon time, installed my new washing machine, and hauled away the old one in under 15 minutes. The delivery team was efficient, personable, clean and did an amazing job. We are extremely happy with both the purchase and the delivery of our appliance from Dave's. Honestly wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt but they really are just scammers. We purchased a washer and they guaranteed 90 days in store and 1 year through the manufacture. Well the washer stopped working within less than a month and they refused to refund even though the receipt said otherwise. Do not waste your time here! I went in to the store close to closing time on Friday evening and Mike & Corey were both very gracious and kind in answering my questions regarding vents for an island and patient as I needed to call my bank to approve the charge. They both stayed past their closing time to help me. I found exactly what we were looking for at Dave's Appliances in addition to other appliances we are need8ng for our remodel. The prices are unbelievable and the selection has a variety of styles and brands to choose from. I returned Saturday so my husband can see the double ovens and washer and dryers. We purchased double ovens from Anaheim location and then Corey suggested I visit the Cerritos store for larger selection on electric washers and dryers. He had me ask for John at this store and he was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be doing business again here. I was really impressed on how they all worked together as a team and how helpful they all are. Also a plus you can leave your appliances at their store at no charge for up to 6months until you are ready for installation and that is a huge plus if you're in the middle of a remodel and have no place to store all your major appliances while your home is a construction zone.
