Here are reason for 5 stars: - I called Lou at 4pm, the following day he was on my doorstep at 9am. - He tested at the appliance (stove), identified the problem. - He had the part in the truck. - Installed the part promptly. - Was gracious enough to give me time to clean the appliance. - He had a sweet conversation with my elderly dad about traveling. If you think you can YouTube your problem and spend hours fixing your appliance... then go for it. But for those that recognize time is money call Lou and he will fix the issue. You get what you pay for. And I consider his efficiency and knowledge to be valuable and worth the money he charged. i called monday to express my grievance about a black substance on both dryers that had completing…read morestained and ruined my clothing and bed sheets. i mentioned to the lady on the phone the vent grill in both dryers needed to be replaced and she went ahead and scheduled a technician to come on wednesday. on wednesday, i checked the dryers and they were NOT replaced, but the lousy tech only scraped off the substance on the vent grill. now when the dryers are on and hot, it will melt the black tar-like substance and once again ruin all materials. this company is either completely negligent or hiring incompetent workers that cannot follow directions / reasonable requests. i would personally like compensation for the damage to my property.
