I can confirm that their prices are legitimately at least 60% off Best Buy, Lowe's, Home depot for the exact same models. They had about 100 in stock, mostly stainless steel. Some had minor dents on the front, some had no dents but a scuffed microwave handle, etc. You can pick your poison, but their most dented units are still nice - B+ at worst. There were around 10 units under $150, and we walked out with a nice wall mounted stainless steel microwave for under $110.

The price felt fair, the staff was easy to work with, and they even delivered it for free the next day since they are close by. Overall it was a super smooth experience. I called around on Saturday and Philip at PKC was the only one who was able to make it there on the same day. He was responsive to both call and text. I suspect that the Yelp area is not quite accurate, since Philip mentioned that he covers over into Norwalk as well, but certainly on both sides of the LA and Orange counties. He estimated that he would arrive between 6 and 7 PM, and did so at 6:45 (still in the time window). During the visit he was very direct, no-nonsense, quickly identified the inverter issue, had a replacement part on hand, and was able to install and confirm functioning in about 45 minutes. The final cost was $350, in line with his estimate, and a bit below some quoted prices I got from other vendors. I was quite satisfied with the communication, ability to identify and repair the issue, and overall value. I have mentioned Philip to my neighbors in case they have an issue. Philip is able to service other appliances (except for AC units, though he knows someone else who specializes in that).
