Yesterday I had a particularly excellent service experience with a parts technician (Dakota). He was extremely knowledgeable about my particular bike, model and its quirks. There's not enough good things to say about the experience. They are friendly bunch so stop in if you have a minute say hi I can't speak for the sales staff. I can't let a review go by without mentioning how expensive stuff is but when there's only two tiny strips of rubber between me and the pavement, I'll just eat the expense. read more

I recommend these guys if you have no job and still want to get approved for a loan. When I don't take my meds, I impulsively try to buy expensive stuff - if I can. I drain my bank accounts and apply for loans. The day I came here, I was off my meds and impulsively looking at the Low Rider S. I had NO job. At 22, with NO Job, these guys gave me a $25,000 loan for a BRAND NEW $24000 bike and they took $1500 of my cash. They took advantage of me. I already had / have an auto loan of $650 month from my last unmedicated spree, yet they STILL approved me! Now it's getting repo'd and I am the one who pays. They should be cancelled. Went to dealership on Sat June 3rd around 2:30pm to look at bikes and more then likely start the process to purchase. There were other customers but really was not very busy. Was in the store approximately 20 min. One sales employee did say hi but walked passed us in a hurry only to go lean on a counter to bury his face in his cell phone. Another employee was more interested in walking a weiner dog around the show room. Really felt out of place and uncomfortable. Almost like we were not supposed to be there. Maybe there was a secret password or something. We did go to another dealership in town to look at the Indians and the experience was the exact opposite. My opinion is that dealership needs extensive customer service training. While I would like a new Harley Davidson I will not go back. read more

Man these guys are great. I used one of there offers to come out and pick my bike up and do a oil change and wash. While they were quick with the work. The weather was not working with us with late snow. They held the bike without any issues. When I picked up my bike, everyone was helpful and got me in and out quickly. I had been riding my motorcycle for a few months before I took this class. I had some confidence in my riding ability. Even took a few rides out. However, I lost all of my confidence in this class. One of the instructors was amazing. He was very helpful and helped build confidence in my riding ability. However, the other was the exact opposite. She was rude and made me feel horrible about myself. I spent the day anxious that this woman would talk down to me and judge me more. I ended up having a panic attack on the second day. They kicked me out for having a panic attack. I would have understood if I had a panic attack while on the course. However, I talked to the rude instructor and explained I was about to have a panic attack and wasn't going to get on the motorcycle. After minutes of her glaring at me she finally told me to go talk to the other instructor. I had a 20 minute panic attack in the bathroom. The next day I was told I was not allowed to participate, nor would I get a refund. I wanted an explanation of this and was told "I chose to leave." Apparently I should have had a panic attack on the motorcycle and injured a bunch of people? When I explained I had a panic attack, they then told me I was kicked out for not mentioning my anxiety. After explaining that, I was giving three more bogus reasons that I was kicked out. They couldn't even come up with a good reason to not give me a refund. I wouldn't waste the money to be bullied, lied to and harassed. read more

I would tow bike 200 miles to another dealership before I would ride 5 miles to this unprofessional, rip off store. Over priced, and all the excuses on why they do not need to fix their mistakes. A friend had a clutch routed wrong by them and they would not comp the $200 fix, but only gave every reason why not 1) You put miles on bike, ok cause it is a transformer clutch and reroutes its self at a stop light. 2) Did you get a new back tire? ya the one you sold with bike needed replacing Same place as cap city, same bad service, same bad mech's. save your bike, go somewhere else. read more

We were on our way to a weekend getaway in Galena when our bike broke down right at the base of the capitol. We were sure our weekend had ended before it even began. We called Harley of Madison and talked with Bruce who immediately sent out Jeff to come pick us up. Incredibly he was there in 15 min!!!!! It was scorcingly hot that day...we were grateful he was there so quickly. We enjoyed our ride and chatting with Jeff...what a great guy... We knew it was going to be all good!!! When we got to the dealership Bruce met us at the door!!!! He walked us thru the repair process explaining everything clearly and in great detail... We decided to rent a bike so we could continue with our weekend......We met Carrie WOW what an amazing gal !!!! She took such great care us making sure we got the bike we needed all the gear instuctions and on our way!!! Thanks CARRIE!!!! Even though the guys in the shop were already booked up with repairs our bike was ready for us when we returned!!! We couldn't have been any happier with our experience with Harley of Madison. Bruce really made us feel like we were a part of the Harley family!!!! He went the extra mile while we at the dealership.
